Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation of poles,cables etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 01 above but depth exc 1.5m but n.exc 3m complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms thick in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50M and deposited/ spreaded where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of Under ground cable including spreading and punning down to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.(Compacted thickness shall be measured)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm in trenches on cable as cable protection across the length of the cable (width wise)complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for providing cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping of poles including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old unservicable steel tubular poles/struts, any size including breaking up PCC foundation and removal of rubbish complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged pole, type 410 SP 55 (Overall length 11.00 meter) conforming to IS-2713 (Part 1 to 3) 1980 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, screws. Pole shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous throughout internally and externally upto planting depth and the remaining external portion shall be painted with two coats of aluminum paints over a coat of red oxide primer including painting from bottom to 1.2m height alternative with 30cm red and white strip and writing pole no with black paint on yellow background complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under relavent items of schedule 'A'/BoQ. (b) Design / drawing of HT pole and dimension is to be obtained from OEM/auth dealer/supplier and same is to be got approved from AGE(I) before placing order to the manufacturer.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of 11mtr long steel tubular electric pole by using emery paper, painting exposed surface with one coat of silver aluminium paint including painting from bottom to 1.2m height alternative with 30cm red and white strip and writing pole no with black paint on yellow background completed all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing old damaged / unserviceable HT UG cable of any size from trench /duct /pipe including jointing kit complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying, Laying connecting & testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured HT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor) of size 95 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 Volts(Earthed) grade, conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II) laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. with cable glands & suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, precast cable cover protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe Shall be measured and paid separately under relavent item of schedule 'A'/BoQ.

Material and labour as in replacement for HT 11 KV (Earthed) grade heat shrinkable end termination jointing kit indoor type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for HT 11 KV (Earthed) grade heat shrinkable end termination jointing kit outdoor type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for Aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor as in overhead electric line and stretching the same with required span, standard sag and binding the conductor with pin/shackle insulator and jumpers with aluminum binding wire not less than 2.00mm dia, PG clamp etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Restringing, tightening of loose/broken ACSR conductor of any size and type, maintaining standard sag including binding the conductor with pin/shackle insulator and jumpers with aluminum binding wire not less than 2.00mm dia, PG clamp etc on HT over head lines consisting of 3 conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for prunning of tree branches near electric overhead lines to make clear span of 3mtr on either side, all around the Over Head line with all tools, plants etc complete all as specifed and as dricted Note :Any breakdown of line during prunning shall be made good without any extra cost .

Dismantling of old unserviceable air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism of any size or any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable D.O. fuse assembly complete including insulators complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable lightening arrestor 11/33KV complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement for cradle guard, hexagonal/ rectangular or as required at site fabricated with galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia including binding the guards with cradle supporting GI wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for anti-climbing device, spike type fabricated from structural steel comprising of MS flat 20mmx6mm, MS round bar pointed, 8mm dia, 20cm length welded on MS flat fixed with nuts, bolts, washers and welding with and including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for galvanised stay strand of size 7/4mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for cross arms. Bracings, support channel, backplate hooks etc fabricated from structural steel, sections (MS Channel) of required size and shape including nuts, bolts,washers, welding, bending , cutting cold or hot, drilling holes for inserting bolts as indicated and directed including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of silver aluminium paint complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade confirming to IS 1445-1977 & IS 731-1971 complete all as specified and as directed. .

Supply and fixing Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, Single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts grade conforming to IS-731 & IS-3188 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green, large size with overall dimension 90x140mm clearance of hole 25.5mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Stay assembly complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR Part-I (stay clamps, stay strand, excavation and concrete shall be measured separately) using 20mm dia stay rod, 1800mm long, MS galvanised stay plate 6mm thick of size 230x230mm stay bow complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing triple pole mechanically operated air break isolator (GOD), vertical mounting, rotating type, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level complete in all respect such as gun metal moving contacts and spring loaded gun metal fixed jaws, knife copper jumper strip etc, suitable for 11000 Volts grade, 50 Hz, with 9 insulator of rating upto 400 Amps including taking down existing GOD complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for expulsion type drop out fuse single pole mounted on insulator for 11000 volt and current rating above 50 Amps & upto 100 Amps including taking down existing unservicable DO fuse complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting all electrical connection from Air Break Switch (GOD) vertical/Horizontal Type / DO fuse of 11KV capacity, cleaning all parts and greasing all moving parts for smooth functioning and replacement of fix contacts, flexible copper rod, GI nut, bolt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting all electrical connection from Air Break Switch (GOD) vertical/Horizontal Type / DO fuse of 33KV capacity, cleaning all parts and greasing all moving parts for smooth functioning and replacement of fix contacts, flexible copper rod, GI nut, bolt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for HT outdoor expulsion type lightening arrestor with mountings accessories complete fixed on cross arms of two pole structure/GI flat strip and connect with same size of ACSR conductor with all fittings connected to earth strip with nut, bolt, washer transmission class having discharge capacity of 65 kilo Amps and suitable for working pressure 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement for Danger notice plate of 25x20cm size and 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters(Local & Hindi language), figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for conducting oil filteration by stream line/Vaccum type filter machine to improve required BDV incl routine testing after filteration for any capacity of transformers complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for new transformer oil of BDV not less than 60KV for topping up of reduced level of 33KV/11KV transformers and CTs complete including removing of old unserviceable transformer oil all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting the outer surface of the transformer with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint after preparing the surface dust and oil free and cleaning the bushes,name plate etc paint free after painting including writting the MES/SM No with white enamelled paint for capacity of transformer 100KVA to 600KVA (Indoor/outdoor type) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing 80mm bore light grade with fittings laid in trenches for protection of HT/LT underground cables including taking down old unserviceable pipes complete all as specified and as directed. .

Supply and laying GI tubing 100mm bore light grade with fittings laid in trenches for protection of HT/LT underground cables including taking down old unserviceable pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected with GI strip of size 25x4mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 40mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion including taking down old unserviciable earthing set all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to rest point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.

Taking down carefully the existing transformer upto 500 KVA capacity and draining out transformer oil into clean barrel for reuse and transporting it to civil workshop for carrying out the maintenance works, return back on existing site and refixing the same and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- Note:-(i)To and fro transportation of transformer are deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Charges for Loading/ unloading of transformer at substation and workshop are deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iii) Charges for commissioning and testing at site are deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iv) Cost of Making temporary arrangement with existing standby Transformer for power supply is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material and labour for Major repairing of the transformer of capacity upto 500 KVA including lifting, dismantling of core and coils, cleaning, washing and rectification of tank, cooling duct, reassembling, including gas welding of bottom drain pipe etc as required and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- spares required for maintenance will be measured and paid seperately under relavent items of schedule 'A'/BoQ.

Supply only of brass terminal rod with nuts,bolts,washers & bushings suitable for HT side of the transformer of any make and capacity from 100 to 250KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rewinding of high voltage coil with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge, varnishing, impregnated paper insulating and drying the complete coils complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Cost of keeping the winding with care in electric oven for 72 Hrs to improve the insulation is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Maintenance and servicing, testing and commisssioning, of OCB ( one Incoming & five Outgoing) by opening out HT cable termination joints, checking and cleaning all the spares of OCB to avoid any chances of flashing / burning due to loose connection, replacement of all bolts, nuts & washers (if found damaged due to flashing) with new one (anodised) of existing size, testing and calibration of earth fault and over load relays complete after re-connection of all dismantled cables and again testing after re-charging the OCB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of unwanted grass, plants and vegetations from E/M installations and climbers from poles/ stay assemblies and removal of the same from site not less than 50mtr from starting point including surface dressing complete all as specified and directed.
