Random Rubble Masonry with hard stone from Nallah laid in Mud mortar.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutmen"ts, posts ans sturts, etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, fmishing and reinforcement. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Steel Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Providing and laying of sundried brick masonry laid in mud mortar inluding cost of brick and complete.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

6mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1 : 3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including lSI marked M.S. pressed Butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws excluding panelling which will be paid for separately,al! complete as per direction of engineer- in charge. Second kail wood. 35mmthick.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 1 Okg/sqm (4mm thick) float glass panes including lSI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. 30mm Thick. Using second class Kail wood.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position to be used in frame work for wooden flooring. Using Budloo Wood.

Providing and laying of mud concrete under wooden flooring with 4mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and fixing of 1.5" thick wooden plank for flooring with T&G including cost of wood and labour complete.

Carriage of Steel and cement by Mechanical Transport for an average lead upto 154Km.

Carriage of sand and course aggregate by Mechanical Transport for average lead upto 2 Km.
