Item No 29: Supplying, fabrication, installation and testing of LT panel out door type factory made CPRI approved, water and vermin proof protection of size 1200 mm x 1200 mm x 500 mm (over all dimension) made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3mm thick gland plate duly compartmentalized for each control gear and bus-bar, front door (02 layer) and rear door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (75 MC) base frame at bottom platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 500 volts AC supply and type tested at CPRI, fabricated in factory having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes seven (07) tanks pre treatment facility comprising of degreasing, rinsing, de-rusing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting (thickness not less than 80 Micron) with approved shade of RAL 7032. Item No 32: Supply, installation & testing Refrigerators electric driven (single Phase), 240 volts, 50 Hz, single door, capacity 230 litres BEE 5 Star rated , frost free, auto defrost to stop ice buildup, invertor compressor, energy efficient, less noise and more durable toughened glass inner self with all accessories complete all as specified and directed. HOT WATER SUPPLY AND SOLAR HOT WATER

Item No 36: Supply, install, testing and commissioning of “Solar Hot water System” (Flate Plate Collector) Based on indirect transfer of heat of capacity 100 LPD with Elect back up of 2 KW and makeup stainless steel hot water tank with collector 'A' size aluminium box collector and comprising of following

(b) insulated stainless steel hot water storage tank non pressure type made of stainless steel grade as per IS 1570 (Part-3) 1985 TIG welded of 100 litres capacity non magnetic tank with stainless steel fitting with following specifications - 01 No shall be insulated with 40 mm thermal grade PUF insualtion with FRP cladding tank stand assembly shall be made of angle of size 38 x 38 x 4mm duly pretreated and stove enameled with black colour paint. (c) provision of electrical back up with minimum 2 KW heating element incl providing one no 20 amps MCB 10 KA rupturing capacity in sub main distribution board (catered in schedule of internal electrifacation) and providing electric connection in rigid non metallic PVC conduit with 2 run single core cable of size 4.0 sqmm and one run cable of 2.50 sqmm stranded copper conductor back up with connected accessories one job the solar heating system shall be provided on roof of single / double storey building the electrical back up connection shall be trapped from sub main board provided at ground floor.

(d) Heat exchanger shall be cage type and make ok stainless steel tube of grade as per IS 1570 (Part-5) 1985. (e) All other pipe / civil work for PVC tank electrical work outlet and inlet thermometer air release valve check valve gate valves controls and instruments etc all as required shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. System internal piping shall be ISI marked GI pipe medium grade of IS: 1293 duly insulated with 50mm thick rock wool of 48 kg/m3 density and 26 SWG aluminium cladding. Note :- (i) The system shall be tested on completion to ensure that 500 (as specified) litres of water at 60 degree centrigrade is available in hot water tank on a normal day of cold season. (ii) General purpose overhead tank shall be provided at 3 meter above roof level. (iii) Normal water pipe and accessories from the normal water over head tank to inlet of plate collector shall be measured and paid for separately. Similarly hot water pipes from hot water storage tank to bathroom / kitchen shall be measured and paid for separately.

Item No 37: Supply and install, testing and commissioning of “Solar Hot water System” (Flate Plate Collector) Based on indirect transfer of heat of capacity 200 LPD with Elect back up of 4 KW and makeup stainless steel hot water tank with collector 'A' size aluminium box collector and comprising of following

(b) insulated stainless steel hot water storage tank non pressure type made of stainless steel grade as per IS 1570 (Part-3) 1985 TIG welded of of 200 litres specifications - 01 No shall be insulated with 40 mm thermal grade PUF insualtion with FRP cladding tank stand assembly shall be made of angle of size 38 x 38 x 4mm duly pretreated and stove enameled with black colour paint. Note for Schedule of Credit Amount of credit Rs. 20025.00 given in credit Schedule shall be deducted manually from the quoted Lump sum to arrive at Contract Sum.
