S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately)

(Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be paid separately)

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, fixed in opening as per specification complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made solid PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement all as per specification.

S&F for providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge Note : Supply only floor spring, glass, SS friction hinges, particle board, wire gauze will be measured seperately

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone masonry wall incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of concrete/PCC block surfaces of walls finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 including mixing water proofing compound on concrete/block masonry surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Taking down of damaged, loosened cement concrete/cement mortar in walls/soffits/roof slabs and similar structure members carefully by chiselling / picking etc up to depth of 20mm cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brush etc remove dust , dirt and other foreign partials etc and washing with water with pressure and applying bonding agent on old concrete surfaces with Nitobond SBR @ 1 ltr per 5 Sqm or as per manufacturers instruction, Over prepared surfaces and providing 20 mm thick High build polymer modified cement sand mortar (1:3) mixed with 10 ltrs (minimum) Nitobond SBR per 50 kilogram of cement. The high build polymer & Nitobond SBR shall be make of M/s FOSROC chemical ( India ) Pvt Ltd or Equivalent in Dr. Fixit or Harjas coating & polymer including necessary scaffolding up to 12 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer including levelling the surface which undulation found, or wherever dent/patches are there with cement putty etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation on newly plastered external wall surface and applying two coat of weather proof (exterior grade) acrylic emulsion paint with anti fungal property over a coat of primer of the same manufacturer as that of paint complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Dulux Weather Shield Max or Apex Ultima from Asian Paints or Berger weather coat All guard).

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in sunken floor /roof padding etc not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq meter complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing PCC (1:2:4) type, B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken floor/roof padding and similar work including water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling in sunken floors complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing plastered surfaces and applying primer over cleaned roof / sunken surface @ 0.30Kg per sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg/Sqm over primer followed by 3.0mm thick polyster reinforced APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.5kg/sqm laid as per the manufactures instruction with side over lap of 100mm & end over lap of 150mm & tucked into the chases on roof, sunken slabs, edges and vertical surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for applying a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg / Sqm over APP modified membrane over roof slab complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in position all as specified in SSR for capacity exc 500 ltr but not exc 1000 lts all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM bedding, removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic colored tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but n. exc 0.11 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed of CM (1:4) bedding complete all as specified.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles as in vertical surfaces of size 300 x 450 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match incl 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 43 above but as in skirting / dados etc. including backing coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 45 above, but , as in skirting / dados etc. including backing coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregates) as in sub base 25mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness (above or below GL) complete all as specified.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including similar pattern roof coverings.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete.

S&F for mild steel plates (plain or chequired) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Quality -A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 16 - 18mm thick granite stone (of any type ) work (table rubbed and polished) as in counter wash basin, cooking platform, window cill/jambs, steps, pillers, etc in CM (1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of cement and pigment to match with shade of granite incl 15mm thick CM (1:4) bedding & pointed in white/coloured cement to match coloured tiles including grinding and rounding ( chamfering) to exposed edge of granite slab with mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Colour of granite shall be as approved by Engr-In-Charge)

Dismantling of ceiling boarding including grid of any description fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for anodoised aluminium powder coated snap grid frame work for ceiling 605mm x 605mm using aluminium anodoised sections aluminium section main tee 36.5x25x1.4mm, cross 23.5x26.4x1.4mm, angle 25x25x1.4mm including cutting, drilling jointing etc complete including 6mm dia of GI hangers wire suspenders fixed with adjustable connectors and providing 6mm thick E-boards (Classic) 605mm x 605mm size Specified by Engr-in-charge and making good complete all as specified and as directed.
