Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat, 13mm thick pre-mix carpet and seal coat type B as per MoRTH specification Clause 3004.2

Maintenance of WBM road including filling up of pot holes, ruts and rectifying corrugated surface, damaged edges and ravelling as per MoRTH specification Clause 404

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MoRTH Specification Clause 201 By Mechanical Means In area of non-thorny jungle

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base(WBM/WMM) using truck mounted sprayer including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoRTH Specification Clause 502

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, pre mixed with bituminous binder [email protected]&5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to there quired grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratoryan dtandem roller sto achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH Specifications Clause 507 complete in all respects for Grading-II(13 mm nominal size) Bitumen (VG-30)

Stripping excess soil from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor at OMC as per drawings and MoRTH Specification Clause 3003

Restoration of rain cuts with soil, moorum gravel or a mixture of these, clearing the loose soil, benching for 300mm width laying fresh material in layers not exceeding 250 mm and compaction with plate compactor or power rammer to restore the original alignment, level and slopes as per drawings and MoRTH specifications Clause 3002 Mechanical Means

Front end-loader 1 cum bucket capacity @ 45 cum/hour Loading Soil

Supplying, filling and stitching of empty cement bags either of plastic or jute with earth available at site, of weight not less than 40 Kg., including excavation etc. complete.

Labour charges for making cofferdam by loading, transporting earth-filled cement bags, dropping at required location in water including transportation by boat (if required) complete, excluding cost of empty cement bags. with lead upto 50 Mtr.
