Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including racking out joints,hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any position including all quoins, arches & pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering in 15mm thick with CM (1:4) on concrete/brick surfaces finished even and smooth without extra cement mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of Cement (WPC will be Measured and paid separetely) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dewatering and removal of sludge from the septic tank/soakge well/soackage sump by machnically (sewage tanker suction pipe) where ever required and dispose of the same in closed container out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc10 sq m on plan & n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 07 above but exc 1.50 m and n.exc 3.00 m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material(Soil) exc 250 m but n exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layer s not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate ) for sub base 75mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate 40 mm thick finish by using extra cement as in flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specificially provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC & RCC) of any description 150 mm bore pipe set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M/L for Concrete bed to 150 mm dia drain pipes including packing under, & haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid & tested; in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F salt galzed stone ware drain pipe 150 mm bore laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC & RCC) of any description 200 mm bore pipe set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M/L for Concrete bed to 200 mm dia drain pipes including packing under, & haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid & tested; in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F salt galzed stone ware drain pipe 200 mm bore laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping/Benching incl necessary from work and finishing of exposed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any descrption and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4 type B-1 with using 20mm graded stone agg) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc). Chulah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L mild steel TMT bars 8 mm to 10 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required incl cracking bending spirally, hooking and binding with & incl MS wire 0.9 mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair CI 100 mm dia 'S' traps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting to existing manholes for connecting new/old drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone agg) smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 150mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up 100/110mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed ware,PVC, AC or reinforced pipes) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring, joints, laid in trenches or in floors/wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of 100/75 mm bore cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for 100 mm bore sand Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears with cement joints, fixed to walls/trench complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for 75mm bore sand Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears with cement joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x25 mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including screed bed 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 60 mm thick precast cement concrete coloured interlocking tiles of grade M-35 any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment in floors / pavements incl 30 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 250X250X50 mm thick precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks with holes for grass with grey cement and pigment laid in well rammed earth in floors / pavements complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description including barbed wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M/L for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts of angle iron any section, including taking out embedded portion in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in for fixing angle iron and coping including necessary form work.) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F MS work as in post and strutt and fencing, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars for doors balusters,noising to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts,posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling hoes nothcing for wire etc flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh ) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc. and similar work conforming to Fe - 290 Gde E - 165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair two strand galvanised steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia bars @ 75mm spaciang and fixed to any type started rails strained bolts incl securing or tying at closing with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to new steel and iron surfaces over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
