RequiredEMD in the form of Demand Draft / Bank Guarantee / Pay order or Bankers Cheque /FDR of any Commercial Bank against EMD.

RequiredCopy of Receipt for Deposition of EMD as per Proforma A. (EMD Document shall only be issued from the place in which the office of receiving division office is situated.

RequiredEnlistment Order of the CPWD Contractor in Composite (Buildings and Road) Category/ Experience certificates of similar nature work should be uploaded as per NIT conditions.

RequiredValid Electrical PWD License.

RequiredGST Registration certificate and upto date file return of the state in which the work is to be taken up, or as required by GST authorities then in such a case the bidder shall scan and upload following undertaking along with other bid documents.

RequiredRegistration certificate of EPFO, ESIC and up-to-date returns files.

RequiredCertificate as per Proforma B.

RequiredThe training certificate of ERP issued through LMS Portal of ERP which is imparted to the contractor should be scanned and uploaded with all other requisite documents.

RequiredStructure of Organization Form - D.

RequiredTender specific authorization Certificate from OEM for providing technical support and material as per specification and make list, clearly mentioning NIT no. and Name of work.

RequiredCCTV should be STQC ER certified and copy of certification should be uploaded during the bid submission.

RequiredThe contractor shall obtain a Site Visit Certificate from the concerned AE/JE of the department during office hours before the last date of submission of bid. Bids submitted without the Site Visit Certificate duly signed by AE/JE shall be summarily rejected and shall not be considered for evaluation. (as per Annexure- V)
