Removing the existing unserviceable nylon newar from GI Charpoy frame, stacking the serviceable/unserviceable parts all as specified and directed.
Modification of long rail obtained from the above item No 1 and preparing two short rails including threading both end as per specified directed. Note: No of units shall be measured based on short rail.
Modification of short rail obtained from the above item No 1 and preparing two legs including threading one side and other side welded with 3mm thick 50mm dia MS plate and provided two MS clamp made out of 25 x 3mm flat iron including painting to the bottom leg & MS clamp as per specified and directed. Note: No of units shall be measured based on legs.
Supply only new GI Elbow 3 way 32mm dia ISI marked suitable for Charpoy GI Pipe.
Supply only new check nut GI 32mm dia 6mm thick suitable for Charpoy GI Pipe.
Supply only new GI Pipe 32mm dia medium grade ISI marked for long rail of size 1980mm long both end duly threaded as per specified and directed.
Assembling the charpoy GI frame with the serviceable parts obtained from item No 1 above, new parts and modified parts obtained from item S.No 2 to 6 and supply & fixing of 12mm thick plywood (7 ply) commercial BWR duly ISI marked, of size 1980x900mm and rounded edges on four corners fitted with GI bolts & nuts 6mm dia 75mm long with washers 3mm thick duly drilled 10 holes per GI Charpoy (03 each on both long rails and 2 Nos each on both short rails) and fixing complete incl S&F 02 Nos flat iron 40x5mm to be welded between long rails. The welded portion shall be grinded smoothly and apply two coat of Synthetic Enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer for entire flat iron all as specified and directed.
