| 1.01 | Cast Iron (C.I.) Sluice Valve with Non-rising Spindle and flanged ends shall conform to IS:14846-2000 and shall be suitable for PN-10 pressure rating. The body, bonnet and wedge shall be of Cast Iron, Grade LTB2 conforming to IS-6603 and the fasteners shall conform to IS-1367, Property Class 4.6/4.0. The valve shall be manually operated by a hand wheel, hydraulically tested as per IS 14846-2000 and provided with a suitable anti-corrosive paint

| 1.02 | C.I. Swing Type Non-Return (NRV, Rubber Seated flanged end shall conform to IS:5312. The Body, cover & door shall be of Cast Iron Grade-FG 260 conforming to IS:210, the body seat ring shall be of conforming to IS:318, the hinge pin shall be of Stainless Steel ASTM-A276, Type 410, the fasteners shall conform to IS:1367, Property Class 4.6/4.0 and the flange drilling shall conform to IS:1538. The NRV shall be rubber seated, hydraulically tested and provided with sa suitable anti-corrosive paint.

| 1.03 | C.I. Rubber Seated Globe Valve, flanged end shall be manufacturing from Cast Ironn Grade FG-260 conforming to IS-210 and shall be suitable for PN-10 pressure rating. The valve shall have an EPDM/NBR rubber seat, stainless steel (SS-410/SS-304) stem, flanged ends conforming to IS-1538 and graphite/PTFE gland packing. It shall be manually operated by a hand wheel, hydraulically tested as per the applicable Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and provided with anti-corrosive paint.
