Nicking cement concrete surface (over 28 days old including preparation and laying slurry (CSR 10.31)

Floating coat of 1:5mm thick neat cement laid in one operation to the topping

Providing & fixing glass strips 4mm thick in floors (a) 50 mm wide (CSR 14.105)

40mm thick grey terrazo topping rubbed and polished to a granolithic fincish under layer 28 mm thick cement concret 1:2:4 and top layer 12 mm thick with 7mm 10mm gauge white marble makrana chipping from indigenous marble laid in 1:1½ (50 Kg of ordinary grey cemetn and 0.05 cum of white marble chippings) (CSR 14.27)

20mm thick grey terrazo skirting or dado, rubbed and polished granolithic finish under layer 8 mm thick cement sand plaster 1:3 and top layer 12mm thick with 7mm to 10 mm gauge, white marble makrana chippings laid in 1:1½ (50 Kg of ordinary grey cement and 0.05 cum of whit marble chippings ) including rounding of junctions

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes in light colour shades made using Full Body Technology (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), complete. ( Full body vitrified tiles have pigment in entire body / thickness of tile which makes chips and scratches less noticeable and make na ideal choice for high traffic zones.) Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using 2mm to 3 mm gap using spacers and later this gap to be filled with cement based grout ) with Cement base grout and matching pigments etc., complete, including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (a) Size 600x600 mm.
