Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50m depositing where directed at the level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Site cleaning by removal of bushes, shurbs and vegitation and making the surface clean by removing the waste at a distance exc 50m and n exc 250m and deposited where directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, type C2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Mild Steel works as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Mild steel sliding door bolts of length 150mm, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS hotdip galvanised Chain link of mesh size 75mm X 75mm, 4mm wire dia fencing of any size or type,complete all as specified and directed. Note: Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires of any size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Mild steel round bars of 10mm dia and over of Grade Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165), cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking, horizontal stiffners in fencing wiremesh with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with 5-10 mm dia neck, hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5cm long but not exceeding 10cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of any description wood, steel, iron, concrete,brick, stone, etc. over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of black bituminous paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer on new surfaces of any description wood, steel, iron, concrete,brick, stone, etc.,exceeding 10cm in width or girth complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete complete all as specified and directed.
