M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges as in Coping complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating (AZ-150) GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws with two corrugation side lap complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating (AZ-150) GI based plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws with side lap complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 7 to 8mm thick PVC prelaminated Gypsum board false ceiling board on and including GI powder coated grid work of size 600 mm x 600 mm with using 32.0 mm x 20 mm x 1.5 mm thick main tee, 23.5 mm x 23.5 mm x 1.28 mm cross tee and 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm angle fixed to wall for false ceiling including necessary supporting hanger with 3.0 mm dia GI wire and 'J' bolts washer nuts for securing frame work to ceiling, suspended @ 120 cm C/C both ways, size of grid shall be 605 mm x 605 mm complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Sample and Make shall be got approved by GE before procurement of material.)
