Dismantling and clearing the lime concrete and weathering coarse including the cost of T&P, labour, lead, lift,, transportation etc., complete

Laying Cool roof tiles/white roofing tiles of size 300 x 300 x 10 mm in CM 1:3, 20mm thick mixed with Conplast X421 IC @ 200 ml per bag of cement over the roof surface after dismanlting the pressed tile, with proper slope including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, transportation etc., complete.

Providing PCC 1:3:6 using 40mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing brick work in CM 1:5 using second class moulded country bricks/fly ash bricks including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, transporting charges, finishing, curing, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Patch plastering the wall/ceiling in cm 1:3 mix 12mm thick over brick wall / concrete surface as directed at site including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Dismantling the existing Indian Water closet and surki around the closet and clearing the site and disposing the debris away from the site including the cost of all labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Providing glazed EWC of approved Make & quality with 'P' or 'S' trap [Parryware - ELITE - or equivalent] with double flapped PVC Antimicrobial Solid Seat cover, PVC low level SlimLine Cistern with all necessary fittings (viz.) Brass nipple, GM wheel valve, Nylon connection, CP brass fittings, etc., connecting to water main complying with standard specifications including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.-1set

Wiring with 2x2.5 Sq.mm.PVC unsheathed SC.alu. Cable of 650V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150x150x33mm TW Switch box for 5A 3 pin non-interlocking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection 14SWG TC Wire for open plug point.

Supplying and Paving of bathroom wall and floor with Design Ceramic Tiles of approved make and colour over a base layer of CM 1:3 20mm thick and pointed with same coloured cement.

Painting two coats with approved acrylic distemper over cement plastered wall surface and ceiling of the interior surface with approved quality and colour with through scrapping and washing the surface removing of firt, algae, eetc., including necessary plaster of paris, putty where ever required including all cost of labour, lead, scaffolding, etc., complete as per direction Engineer at site.
