PART-B (Miscellaneous Work)

Installation,Testing & Commissioning of window type room Air-Conditioner, including supply of sal wood frame, making pockets for window AC, plastering, POP work /Painting to match with the site as complete.

Installation,Testing & Commissioning of window type room Air-Conditioner with little modification in the existing window/pocket as complete.

Modification of existing window, removal of glass, cutting, supply & fixing of suitable size sal wood frame for window, ply wood, installation of window AC, POP work /painting as complete.

Supply & fixing of well varnished/ polished teak wood beat (3"or 4"Wide, thickness:0.5") on the wooden frame around the window AC, POP work to match the surface as complete.

Supply & Fixing of Copper pipe (suction+discharge line) duly insulated with nitrile foam tube(10mm) on surface of wall, as complete.

For 1.5TR Split AC

For 2TR Split AC

Supply & Fixing of Copper pipe (suction+discharge line) duly insulated with nitrile tube(10mm) in recess/conceled including cutting, making holes, POP work, painting & making good to match with existing site as complete.

For 1.5TR Split AC

Supply and fixing of following sizes of uPVC (sch. 40) water line pipe along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall/iron saddling work and making good the same as complete.

Installation, testing & commissioning of split A.C (Hi-wall mounted/Cassette AC) including refrigerant charging, leak tesing, supply of ready made stand for condensing unit as complete. (Excluding Copper pipe, Drain Line, Cable).

Supply & Fixing of New plastic Condensate Drain tray for Window AC as complete.

Supply & Fixing of New Copper Condenser Coil for 1.5TR Air Conditioner including gas charging/system flushing etc. as complete. Preferred Make:Camipro or it equivalent.

Supply of 2TR Condensing Unit having Copper Coil with all accessories (but without compressor) Prferred Make: Carrier Totaline, Nepoleaon.

Supply and fixing of flexible braided pipe (heavy duty) for condensate of air-conditioners as complete.
