Dismantling clearing away the damaged Floor finish and dadooing walls in cement mortar with mosaic tiles / glazed tiles / cuddapah slabs and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse etc, as directed by the departmental officers as per standard specification

11.50cm Thick FOR SUPERSTRUCTURE IN THIRD FLOOR.

Flooring with Self designed colour ceramic tiles of size 305 X 305 X 6mm and variety conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with best approved quality, colour glazed tiles conforming to IS 15622 of size 300 X 450 X 8mm in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand),10mm thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Clearing the existing of toilet flooring including cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The materials should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of WPC ( WOOD POLYMER COMPOSITE ) frame extrudd with size 75 X 50mm. The single core door made of rigid WPC Compound with minimum Bulk Density of 900 Kg/cu.m. and shore hardness of 55. Supply and fixing of QUTE WPC DOOR Shutter extruded as a single core board with rigid WPC compound with the thickness of 25mm (+/-1mm) and minimum bulk density 550Kg/cu.m. and shore hardness of 55. For the aesthetic apperance the shall be printed digitally on one side of the shutter and the design is as decided by the Engineer in - charge of the department. The WPC door shall be fixed onto the WPC Frame with 4nos of 5" SS Hinges and the door shall have 2 tower bolt on one side and 1 aldrop on other side for locking system and 2 numbers of handle on the either side of the door shutter all made of aluminium including cost of materials and labour charges for fixing in position with necessary accessories etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers..

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing in position Mosquito net arrangements of Openable type. The Outer frame shall be made with Powder coated Aluminium Natural colour matt finishAluminium Hollow section of size 31mmx40mmx1.55mm. The Vertical center Mullion made with Aluminium Hollow section of size 55mm x 11mm x 1.55mm.The Horizontal and Vertical Aluminium Hollow section Shutter frame of size 31mmx13mm with a thickness of 1.55mm. The Mid Horizontal Aluminium Hollow section frame provided in the shutter with a size of 10mmx11mmx1.55mm. The Epoxy coated Stainless Steel 304 grade wire mesh with dia of 0.19mm shall be provided for Net. The U shaped Aluminium handle provided in the each shutter with a size of 19mm x 26mm. The Connection Mechanism between Shutter and Outer frame that enables opening the Mosquito net. The Mosquito net arrangement should be fixed to the window with 100% packing with Screws, Silicon packing all around the frames with including cost of all materials, labours, power consumption required for fabrication, drilling holes in RCC column/wall, masonry walls, Window frames, wherever necessary with drills to the required extent and make good to the original conditions after fixing and also as directed. All the Aluminium sections are to the powder coated with matt finish under electrically controlled conditions in accordance with relevant IS Code etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of old plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
