Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Grease separator made of polyethylene as per DIN EN 1825; proven Stability of 50 years; for below ground installation; overall dia of 1320 mm.; with ventilation provision; emptying via suction line DN 65 PN 10; counter flange with fire hose quick coupling 75B and 2.5" blank cap and satisfy reaction to fire Class A . Cutting in to existing manholes for connecting new drains 150mm dia ,making good to pipe & rendering ,cutting out existing benching for & forming branch channel (1/2 round and 3/4 section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 typeB-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required.

Material and Labour for excavating in trenches ,exceeding 1.5 mm wide and not exceeding 1.5mm depth ;for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pireholes, etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance exceeding 200 metre but not exceeding 500 metre and depositing where directed, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Concrete bed to 150 mm bore drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, in PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for for 150mm reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2 laid in trenches and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with using subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drian complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms ,moulds mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.
