Taking down carefully point wiring complete of any type (batten/surface conduit or concealed) for light point, fan point, bell point socket point or power point complete with all fitting such as switches, sockets pendants, ceiling rose, round block etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster of tiles or roof treatment etc and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with (FRLS) flame retardant low smoke PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1.5 sqmm with multistranded copper conductor, in and including non metallic PVC concealed conduit not less than 20mm dia with fittings, including all tees, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, saddles, pipe hooks etc including provision of sunken modular type pressed steel GI terminal boxes of not less than 1.6mm wall thickness, concealed in wall with modular top cover and plate including (FRLS) flame retardant low smoke PVC insulated copper earth conductor 1.50sqmm connected to common earth and earth dolly complete for following items complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of cutting chases and making good the disturbed surfaces to match the existing surface. (ii) Switches, Socket outlet, call bell, bell push and fan regulators shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and install and testing window type air conditioner of capacity 1.5 Ton, BEE 5 star rating for working on 230 volt, SP, 50 Hz supply complete including cutting of existing wall/window and proper fixing making good disturbed surface with existing surface and decorative ply if required complete all as specified and directed. S&F exhaust fan single phase 230/240 volt AC 300mm sweep, 1400 RPM with painted louvers, metal body, including cutting holes of suitable size in wall, grouting of nuts and bolt etc required for fixing fan and making good to match the existing surface and making connection with twisted copper flexible wire 23/0.0076mm complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells / Baja j/ CG.

Taking down old unserviceable light fittings conventional type from wall surface / ceiling or any position and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed.

S&F 18/20 watt LED light fitting engineering plastic batten with white acrylic cover LED light (integrated LED channel) natural white, energy saving complete with its all accessories internally perwired and including connecting up with twin core twistered flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Havells Cat part No. ENDURA LINE ARNE OBS18/20WLED865SPCWH or equivalent in Bajaj / CG/ Phillips/ Wipro.

S&F recess mounting LED luminaire of size 2'x2' white 36 watt, 230 volts with driver connector block etc complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Havells / Bajaj / CG/ Phillips/ Wipro.

Taking down carefully old and unserviceable sub main wiring of 2/3 runs or main-wiring of any size of aluminium conductor cable from any position including wood batten, PVC conduit, steel conduit, PVC Casing caping etc including making good disturbed surface of wall ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concealed sub main wiring with 2 Nos single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS 4.0 sqmm stranded copper conductor cable and 1 No single core PVC insulated-unsheathed 2.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity, drawn in & including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade 20mm bore including accessories concealed in wall including cutting chases in wall and making good disturbed surface to match of wall/ceiling complete all as specified and directed. (length of 2 No 4.0 sqmm conductor cable, 1 No 2.5 sqmm conductor earth continuity cable and accessories shall be measured as one unit length)

M&L for concealed sub main wiring with 4 Nos single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS 16.0 sqmm stranded copper conductor cable and 1 No single core PVC insulated-unsheathed 10.0 sqmm stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity, drawn in & including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade 20mm bore including accessories concealed in wall including cutting chases in wall and making good disturbed surface to match of wall/ceiling complete all as specified and directed. (length of 4 No 16.0 sqmm conductor cable, 1 No 10.0 sqmm conductor earth continuity cable and accessories shall be measured as one unit length)

Taking down old unserviceable MCCB DBs / MCB DB / Main Switches /AC DB complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Any disturbed surfaces of wall will be matched properly as the existing colour surfaces.

S&F sheet metal enclosures with socket plug top and MCBs with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp complete all as specified.

S&F double door metallic sheet metal enclosure for DB when MCBs to be used SPN 12 ways, 240 V with 200Amps rated bus bar complete fixed properly on in concealed position and to provide required sizes of flexible conduit at any open surfaces near DBs of cables/wires all as directed. Taking down old unserviceable MCBs/ MCCBs/ Isolators, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Any disturbed surfaces of wall will be matched properly as the existing colour surfaces.

S&F MCB, SP, 6 to 32 Amps, 'C' curve, 10 KA breaking capacity, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB, SPN, 40 to 63 Amps, 'C' curve, 10 KA breaking capacity, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCCB, 100 Amp to 125 Amp, 4 Pole, 50 HZ, 415 Volt, with thermal magnetic based release and rupturing capacity 35 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply in replacement , install , testing and commissioning main LT panel, indoor type cubical panel board, made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet, duly powder coated, compartmental design with locking arrangements, supported and fixed on structural frame of angle iron of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm, including earthing stud, labelling, painting to all internal & external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint weather and vermin proof with proper ventilation slots, IP 52 free standing floor mounted with copper busbar of suitable size for phase and neutral mounted on hygroscopic insulators including necessary PCC foundation and with danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled (white) with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, all as specified and directed & provn of one Nos extra space for providing MCCB for future expansion including comprising of the following:- (a) 200 A rated copper bus bar with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve (b) MCCB 4 Pole, 400 A, 415V, 35 KA with microprocessor based release - 01 No. (In coming) (c) MCCB 4 Pole, 160 A, 415V, 35 KA with microprocessor based release - 03 Nos. (Out going) (d) Ammeter, Digital type, with suitable CTs of suitable capacity - 01 set (e) Voltmeter, Digital type of suitable capacity- 01 No. (f) R-Y-B phase LED indicating lamp- 01 set (g) Internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated stranded copper conductor duly crimped with copper lugs ferruled.

Supply, laying and testing 120 Sqmm, 3.5 Core XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire, with aluminium conductor 1100 V grade, laid in trenches/ along poles, ducts or through sleeve including taking out old cable complete all as specified and directed Note: Earth work, sand cushioning and bricks will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying burnt bricks old size sub class-B laid in trenches for cable protection with length of brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and providing sand cushioning with dry clean sand 15 cm below cable and 8 cm above the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of payments.

S&F in replacement 50mm bore GI pipe, light grade with all fittings laid in trenches, road crossing and fixed to walls, on poles etc for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
