Excavation in Post holes in soft/disintegrated rock each, not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 all as specified and directed.

Supply only galvanised wire chain link fencing mesh with PVC Coating of size 50x50 mm aperture having 6mm dia wire (4mm dia wire plus 1mm PVC coating) zinc coated, (weight after applying a maximum pull) and shall confirm to IS: 2712-2003, chain link wire to withstand tensile strength of 400 to 500 Mpa, made up into fencing, mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including securing to steel post with straining bolts, binding wire etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i)The chain link mesh should be fixed stiff and intact to the steel post without any wavy. (ii)The chain link mesh should stand true horizontal irrespective of existing site condition without hanging or sagging to maintain uniformity.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing new steel surfaces/ kerb stone surface, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of Steel work (Fe 410-W (Grade E-250) quality-A-82.87) in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS:1161-1979 grade St.-240 including all fitting and fixtures for the erection & painting one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at Contractor's workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Contractor shall bound to design the truss as per site requirement duly approved & vetted by appropriate structural designer/Engineer & get prior approval from the accepting officer (ii) The structural design & drawing shall be prepared & submitted by the contractor duly vetted by structural consultant for approval by Accepting officer, after tender acceptance & before execution of work.

Material and Labour for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc Gl based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour and of any pattern having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering fixed with J or L hooks or self-tapping screws with washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of 1.25 mm thick Mild steel sheet eaves gutters of dia 150 mm, galvanised class 3, half round with rounded edges complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of 1.25 mm thick Mild steel sheet and of dia 150 mm, drop ends (for spigot or socket ends) or nozzles complete all as specified and directed.
