Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth up to all lead.(P+J work 50percent in ratio)

Excavation in foundation ,trenches etc. in earth work ,lift up to 1.50 meters, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meters clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers ,when required in to layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with all lead.( P+J work 50 percent in ratio)

Dressing the ground including cutting and filling up to 15cm.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4( 1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size)and curing complete including cost of from work in foundation and Plinth.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:6:12(1 cement: 6 sand: 12 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size)and curing complete including cost of form work in foundation and Plinth.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:5:10(1cement :10 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size)mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete in open foundation and plinth for all type of structure including the cost of form work as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 or as directed by the Engineer incharge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and Plinth in c. m. 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand)(IInd class Bricks)

Providing and laying Precast checkered Tiles 22mm thick of specified size laid in floor, tread of steps and landing on a bed of 25 mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 sand) jointing with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the Shade of tiles.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick Prepainted steel sheet in roofing with lot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified Polyester (RNP)organic coating of 20microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with Prepainted iron J or L looks bolts and nuts 6mm dia meter with Prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm overall with 0.60mm thick Prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified Polyester organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns Primer coating + back coat of Polyester of 5 microns over 5 microns Primer coating i/c fixing with Prepainted iron J or L looks, bolt & nuts 6mm dia & Prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in Position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In beams joists channels, angles,tee,flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams lip and jack rafters, Purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

P/F moulded hand rail of M.S. Hollow pipe 50mm dia welded instraight length over M.S. flate at top of vertical balusters including one coat of red oxide. Priming coat complete (M.S. flate & balusters of railing shall be measured & Paid separately).

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with readymixed paint other than white.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles ,chamfers and/or round angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand)

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter.

Edging with second class bricks laid dry length. wise including excavation refilling consolidating with hand packing and spreading neatly surplus earth with in all lead.

Supply and stacking of good earth at site including royally and carriage by head load and mechanical transport (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20percent for payment).

Supply and stacking sludge at site including royalty and carriage by head load and mechanical transport (Sludge measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).

Rough dressing trenched ground including breaking clods.

Fine dressing the trenched ground.

Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation.

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in proportion specified or directed.

Grassing with Doob grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30day or more till the grass from a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for moving including supplying good earth if needed (the cost for Doob grass shall be Paid separately )in rows 5 cm apart in either direction.
