M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for floor finishes.

S&F fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) door frame, three lagged of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebated of 32x15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness, moulded with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all over frame. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all sides including mild steel stay at the bottom to steady the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

S&F factory made solid FRP door shutter , 30 mm thick glass fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin mouled to 3 mm thick FRP laminated for forming hollow rails and styles with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP panels and confirmign to IS 14856-2000 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

S&F for mild steel butt hinges 100mm size, cold rolled, medium weight fixed with screws to wooden frames or welding to steel frames etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for floor finishes.

S&F for aluminium sliding door bolt, 300 mm long, with hasp and staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections or cast alluminium alloy including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed complete all as specified.

S&F for steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay, complete.

S&F for aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section of size 100mm complete all as specified.

S&F for extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised, 125 mm size complete all as specified.

S&F vitreous china wash down water closet (pedestal type) white including water closet seat, connection to drain or outgoing pipe and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe joint and to socket or stopper including flush pipe etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F for Vitreous China urinals, halft stall type including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, flush pipe, grating and union for discharge pipe.

S&F for 15 mm dia CP Urinal spreader for urinal complete all as specified and directed

Supply only moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick.

M & L for 100mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for floor finishes including necessary form work.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement including use of necessary form work and glass strips.(Note: Glass dividing strips shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only glass dividing strips, 3mm thick and 38mm wide, inserted in position, conforming to design.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement including use of necessary form work,cutting joints and filled with sand bitumen mastic all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

S&F for roof trusses (framed), trussed,purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc confirming toFe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality A including welding all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or scrwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10 cm long all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, steel and iron work, new or old, small articles such as hold fasts, posts etc exc 0.1 Sqm but n exc 0.5 Sqm each and treated with tar or coal tar black paint. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc primer complete all as specified.

M&L for joint free anti skid coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (squre or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but n.exc. 0.18sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for joint free coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300x450x7mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

S& F for 60mm thick factory made, machine pressed, precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size,with grey cement and pigment to match confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 grade concrete laid over and including 50 mm thick sand cushioning.

M&L for factory made precast cement concrete kerb stone (of any section) made in 1:2:4,type-B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with plain fair faces including chamfers, weatherings etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match.

S&F for pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, window cills, and similar items with plain fair finishing including chamfers, weathering, throating etc and set in CM 1:4 complete joints to match .

S&F for 100mm cast iron branch pieces, single (equal or unequal),ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) or with parallel branches.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.
