PROVN OF CERTAIN MINOR WORKS (MW 01) (E/M) AND (MW 04) (B/R) AT AIR FORCE STATION HIGHGROUND UNDER AGE(I) HIGHGROUND

Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation(not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated/ scarified material (soil) exceeding 250 metre but not exceeding 1 km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for hardcore of guage n exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface broken bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in floors and paving, 100 mm thick, laid in panels complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawn, drive ways or light traffic parking etc; of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand,compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawn, drive ways or light traffic parking etc; of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand,compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in kerb stones rounded or chamfered on edge including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintel upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, stringcourses lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones bed plates,kerbs including weathering slightly rounded or chemfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for point wiring surface/concealed type (as per site requirement) with 3 x 1.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLSH copper conductor cable (phase, neutral & earth wire), earth wire shall be connected to common earth and earth duly with suitable copper lugs drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 20mm dia or higher, medium grade complete with all PVC conduit accessories, 1.60 mm thick GI modular metal flush box with plastic laminated sheet cover or surface mounting plastic/ PVC boxes suitable for modular switches/ sockets with cover plates (modular type), blanking plates, brass screws, cup washers, gypsum screws and connected items including all cutting/ chases etc in walls/ wall panels and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and as directed.
