Providing and fixing 230mm height and 12mm thick signage letters of approved language/fonts made up of SS with golden finish with high polished clear coated finishing including providing necessary supports for fixing over cladding/wall lining using suitable fixtures, buffing / finishing for mirror finish, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Enginner in charge.

Providing and fixing Vertical blinds of Vista Levelor or Marvel approved equivalent make with vanes of 100mm width made of non woven polyster fabric which are suspended from the stilt travellers by self aligning vanes hooly of effective optimized system, vanes shall be coupled together by means of bead chain pivotaly attached by closing to each side of each weight including the cost of blinds, fixing in slim aluminium head railing, runners, spacers, control units, other incidental charges, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer. [Note :- Sample shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order.]

Providing and fixing 18mm thick BWP plywood of make Green Ply (Green gold) (or) Century ply (Architect ply) or other approved equivalent make conforming to relevant IS for BWR grade plywood for wardrobe, Cupboards, drawers, wall mounting, wall panel, etc., including cutting to required size and shape, fixing in position using required screws / adhesives, providing SS 304 grade right angle brackets wherever required for wall mounting cabinets, etc., all complete as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of 1mm thick lamination sheet of make Greenlam or other approved make of approved shade, pattern and colour including cutting to required size and shape, pasting over plywood using adhesive of fevicol or other approved make, finishing the surface, cleaning the surface, etc., all complete as per drawing , as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of Edge Banding using 18mm wide PVC edge tape of approved colour and shade for cupboard / wardorbe shutters including preparation off plywood edge surface, applying suitable synthetic resin adhesive Fevicol (SR 998) on both faces, fixxing the edge tape, finishing the surface, etc., all complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, Manufacturing and Fixing Second class Teakwood frames and architraves for frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows, cupboards, and other frames made out of 50mm thick and below of approved second class teakwood of required sizes fixed including cutting, planking, jointing, making necessary rebate / grooves for fixing door shutter, fixing in masonry with required nos. of 40x5mm flat iron MS holdfasts 200mm long and embedding in cement concrete 1:3:6 or fixed in concrete with necessary screws / fasteners as directed for various sizes of structural openings including applying anti-termite chemical over the surface in contact with masonry / concrete, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings. [Note: Rate shall be inclusive of providing required holdfasts, embedded in cement concrete, applying chemical and fixing.]

Providing and fixing stainless steel Piano hinges ISI marked IS:2818 of over all width 35mm, fixing with necessary stainless steel sccrews etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Multipurpose lock of "Godrej" or other approved equivalent make with a pair of keys complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing Magnetic Catcher of approved make and quality for cup board / wardrobe shutters including fixing with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing SS handles of C type (heavy duty) of make GARG or other approved make including fixing with necessary SS screws etc., all complete as per specification.

Providing and fixing stainless steel tower bolts of size 150x12mm "GARG" or eqivalent approved make with necessary screws etc. all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing in position of 5mm thickness plain/grounded glass of "Saint Gobain" or approved equivalent make for doors, partition, windows, fixed glazing, louvers, etc., including fixing with putty, TW beading, neoprene gasket, etc., all complete as per drawing and specifications.

Providing Painting over all exposed surfaces at all heights over rough cast plaster/plain plaster with Two Coats of premium exterior emulsion paint of make Asian (APEX - Dust proof exterior emulsion) / Berger (Anti dustt weather coat) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of exterior wall primer of make Asian / Berger or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces, curing, scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications.

Painting over Plain Plaster at all lifts.
