Pointing the cut stone joints with Lime Mortor1:1.5 20 mm deep using red and yellow oxide and including cost of special tiles such brush and watering, curing etc complete, as per standard specifications. The lime used should be sourced from Pollachi which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works.

Scraping the decayed lime plaster from the surface of Vimanams and Gopurams, carefully including isolated bricks or brickwork without demaging the vari vargams, racking out the joints, cleaning the surface with water, includinng all working in heights, hire charges for special tooks, brushes complete superficial area including all folds - 100sft.

Providing Vargapoochu over the corewalls of Vimanams / Gopurams, with Lime Mortor1:1:5 complete including shaping the mukhapathram, mahanasi, Koodu all ornamentals works to proper shape by embedding broken bricks of shaped/chiseled bricks, rough-plastering with Lime Mortor1:1:5 and finishing with final ornamental plastering and nayam theervani including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour therefore, lifting of materials, all working in heights, curing with water etc, complete including all extra for folding and including clearing from the vimanams/gopurams 100sft superficial area. for kalkaram.

Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for One course of pressed tile roof finish in Cement Mortar

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 23cmx 23cmx20mm of approved quality laid in ;LM 1:1.5,12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement used etc, complete with standard specifications.

Supplying & fixing Teak wood temple type door including all materials, labour charges for manufacturing and fixing in position including all furniture fittings etc complete with std. Specifications.

Painting new wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.).

Clean Removal old paint from the surface of wooden door and painting old wood work with two coats of enamel paint of approved quality and colour over one coat etc.

Dismantling the existing lime concrete over the roofing with standard specifications.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Brick work in lime Mortor 1:2 using country brick of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and all other incidental charges etc completc complying with standard specification.

Madras terrace roofing with brick on edge 75mm concrete 3 courses of flat tiles 3 coats of lime plaster to top and bottom - 10 m2

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Flooring with cut stone slab of size 600mmX600mm and other sizes suitable for site requirement not less than 100mm thick with machine cut edges and top surface dressed as directed by the departmental officers including cost and conveyance of materials to site and lobour charges for paving and Pointing With Lime Mortor1:1.5 etc complete.( outer flooring)
