Providing and fixing of electric wire necessary fittings including PVC pipe conduit holders, switches, two pin sockets, switches socket combine including making good the walls wherever necessary including hylum sheet and wooden PVC boxes C.I deep junctions and fan clamp boxes etc. complete including provision of main boars and service line including all accessories required for the same.

Lighting points on 3036 guage insulated copper wire.

Heating points with S.S. combine in 7036 guage insulated copper wire.

Providing and fixing of cup boards including providing and fixing of 25mm thick shutters (including ISI marked nickel plated bright finished MS piano hinges) and includes cost of hinges and other necessary screws and also includes all sorts of carriage etc. all complete. Including 6mm thick ply on back side size 4’×5’.

Providing and fixing of exhaust fans 350mm size reputed make IS mark including all sorts of carriages etc. complete. i. JE’s Quarter/ Inspection Hut

Providing and fixing curtain rods of 1.25mm thick brass plates with two brass brackets fixed with brass screw and wooden plugs etc. wherever necessary complete. i. 25mm dia.

Replacing of damaged paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows by new Ist class Deador wooden paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows etc. including ISI marked MS pressed Butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws all complete as per the direction of Engineer-Incharge including dismantling charges of damaged doors and windows all complete (35mm thick shutters).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. (Old work, two) outer sides.

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade old work (two or more coats applied @1.67 Ltr./10Sqm on existing cement paint surface).

Painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade. Two or more coats applied @0.90Ltr./10Sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75Ltr./10Sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary. i. Glass panes weighing 10kg/sqm

Trenching in ordinary soil upto a depth of 60cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing off by spreading and neatly leveling within a lead of 50m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or/and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site, incld Carriage complete

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source including carriage upto 1 Km (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment). i. Screened through sieve of IS designation 16mm.

Rough dressing of the trenched ground including breaking clods.

Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation.
