Dismantling wrought iron or MS work of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gusset plates rails brace's etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering door, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings with steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F butt hinges medium weight, cold rolled mild steel 100mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F mild steel sliding door bolts, plate type stove enameled black with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate 375mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint to steel surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer including necessary preparation of new surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Welded steel wire fabric exceeding 4 Kg per Sqm welded to steel section at any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Work to be carried out upto 12 to 15 mtr height.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of wall duly preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in replacement for pre cast perforated RCC drain cover with frame (rectangular or square) the area of each cover should not be more than 0.5 Sqm and thickness of 60mm each with holes manufactured with M-30 grade of concrete by Vibro Compaction process using accurately designed molds and as suitable reinforced to enable the covers to take load as specified i.e. 20 MT for Heavy duty (when tested as per IS-12592) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for stone Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 150 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in paving, road cutting and foot path including use and waste of form work and finished surfaces of concrete even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 450 mm bore reinforced concrete hume pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed with collars including concrete bed to drain pipes, packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested in cement concrete (1:4:8) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for washing the bore with compressed air (Pressure not less than 250 PSI & 400 Cubic feet/min capacity) to improve porosity and taking out all the sedimentation silt, deposited at a distance exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation of soil / mud from the rain water harvesting pits / drain and getting out from any depth of any type of soil and removal and spreading of excavated material from the site within the MOD land to a distance not exceeding 1000 metres complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of open/covered drain and hume pipes culverts etc and the like of any type, size of any description for silt/earth accumulated due to storm water and spreading the cleaned earth where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Cover slabs to be removed and refixed after cleaning with cement mortar (1:4) where covered drain exists.

M&L for fine sand (Badarpur) spreaded and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm in rain water harvesting pits complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge at site.

M&L for Loose filling with aggregates of gauge 40 to 80 mm broken stone or boulders in soakage pits, soakage wells complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair of CI pipe of any diameter fixed by Piglet joint/connection to existing pipe as per required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floor & paving n exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and thrown away from defense land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, sub base finishing the concrete surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick chequered cement concrete tiles jointed in 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) with pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete flooring (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for machine pressed coloured rubberised moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 to 60 mm thickness M-35 grey cement and pigment including laid over 25 mm thick layer of sand Cushing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of AC/CGI/Fibre glass sheet corrugated/ semi corrugated sheet & ridge in roof covering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for making good broken edges of chajjas slabs, facing, fins etc in patches area not exceeding 1 Sqm of each patch, height upto 15 metre, with 15mm thick cement plaster and sand mortar (1:3) or with PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, with necessary form work/scaffolding, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for gunniting to RCC works in column, beams, slabs, chajja, facia, landing, balconies, RCC valley gutter etc by removing/ dismantling of RCC(loose concrete) including plaster and cutting of steel bar including plaster cleaning of surfaces with wire brushes and applying epoxy, paint anti corrosive coating of minimum 40-50 microns thick with sikatop Armatec 108 or Colusal VL of MC Bauchemie to rusted steel reinforcement after removing cleaning all rust and supply and fixing welded steel wire mesh 75mm x75mm with 4mm dia steel wire as facies/drops and similar works etc and epoxy based or other equivalent suitable bonding against treatment to be carried out on old concrete surface with Sikadur 32 of Sikka. Nito bond EP of fosroc or equivalent (as per manufacturers instruction) to bond old and new concrete mixing @ 2% by weight of cement polycrete and providing gunniting with a minimum pressure of 2 to 2.5 Kg sqcm and applying 25mm to 100 mm thick gunniting in cement mortar (1:2) (one part of cement and two part of ghaghar sand) using ordinary port land cement of 43 grade over wherever required at any height, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surface shall be thoroughly scrubbing with. (ii) Additional reinforced TMT bars where incorporated in work and including 20mm thick cement plaster in (1:4) to be included in quoted rate. (iii) Work to be carried out as in patches as directed by Engr-in-charge. (iv) Rate for steel scaffolding as directed to be included in quoted rate. (v) All demolished material removed from MOD land completely.
