Dismantling and removal of existing deteriorated air diffusers, followed by the fabrication, supply and installation of new supply air diffusers made of 18-gauge galvanized iron (GI) with a white powder-coated finish, complete with integrated volume control dampers. Each diffuser shall have internal neck dimensions of 400mm × 400mm and external face dimensions of 600mm × 600mm, and shall include all necessary fixing arrangements, sealing and integration with the existing ductwork. The scope also includes testing, commissioning and airflow balancing at each diffuser location after installation to ensure optimal performance and uniform air distribution as per technical specifications and project requirements at WM Plants, BARC Tarapur.
