Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of but of Frame size 65x 100 mm/125mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives(maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

WPC to be Laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted on both faces of shutter and fixinng stainless Steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS Screws and including 125 mm SS hinges with stainless steel screws (03 Nos ), 200 mm long Stainless steel tower bolt (02 Nos) and 300mm long Stainless steel sliding bolt (01/02 Nos) & Stainless steel handles (02 Nos) complete all as per direction of Engineer -In-Charge. (Note: 125 mm long stainless steel butt hinges (03 nos), 150 mm long aluminium handles (02 Nos) and 150 mm long aluminium tower bolts shall not be paid separately)

M&L for factory made white colour 3- TRACK UPVC sliding window are made of UPVC extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3 mm ( + 0.2 mm), Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, Frame (122 mm x 54 mm), Sliding Glazed sash (80 mm x 47 mm), Mesh sash (64 x 47mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters ) (43 mm x 50.5 mm), Glazing bead (29.5 mm x 21.8 mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket, 1.5 mm (+0.2 mm) thick, galvanized steel in Frame 2 Nos, Sliding sash and Sliding mesh sash to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8 mm x 100 mm long fasteners. complete as per manufacture's specification and direction of Engineer-in charge.
