M&L for taking down loose particles from surfaces not exc 1 sqm each patch average thickness 75mm from chajjas, roof projections, fins, ceilings, columns,beams and similar articles in any position and treated with rust proof chemicals (Fosroc or equivalent) over the steel bars and concreting with cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1;2;4, type B-0 , including chicken mesh and plastered, finished to match the existing surface incuding necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exc. 1.5 sqm etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
