Construction of Compound wall and beautification of Toshali Bhawan in Ward No. 34

Cleaning the existing B.T. surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous coat.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/m² using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoRTH Specification for Road & Bridge Works (4th Revision).

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with mechanical control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoRTH Specification for Road & Bridge Works.

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with mechanical control to required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoRTH Specification for Road & Bridge Works.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 g/sqm as per IRC specifications, excluding surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface shall be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50 mtr. initial lead and 1.50 mtr. initial lift including rough dressing and levelling the bed.

Carriage of excavated earth by mechanical means within 5 km lead including loading and unloading with all cost convenient T & P sundries etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and filling in foundation and plinth with river sand, in layers including watering, ramming, cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, labour, carriage of water, sundries T & P etc. required for the work complete as per specification & direction of E-I-C.

PCC in prop. (1:4:8) in foundation and bed using 40 mm size H.G.C.B. metal of approved quality and approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete and compacting the same to required level, with compaction, watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labours, sundries and T & P such as hire charges of concrete mixer, concrete vibrator required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of E-I-C.

Fly Ash Brick masonry in C.M. (1:6) in foundation & plinth and super structure having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm² with dimensional tolerance ±2%.
