Carrying out the work as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-B1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-B2 and releasing, fixing, testing works etc., all as specified and or as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete. (Note): (i) The minimum labour force to be engaged on work all the working days against this item as indicated in Minimum labour force to be engaged. (ii) The contractor shall provide required tools & tackles for the workmen including minimum 2 nos. of Bicycles and one mobile hand set (SIM card with Data pack will be provided by BEL) (iii) Quoted rate shall be excluding GST. Carrying out Comprehensive AMC of 16 Passanger Lifts at Estate premises as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-B1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-B2. (Twelve Service X 8 Lifts)

Carrying out Comprehensive AMC of 10 Passanger Lifts at Estate premises as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-B1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-B2. (Twelve Service X 12 Lifts)

Carrying out Comprehensive AMC of 13 passanger Lift at Estate premises as per the scope of work detailed in Annexure-B1 and for the list of assets/areas indicated in Annexure-B2. (Twelve Service X 1 Lift)

Carrying out Lift Load Test once in Every Six Months & submitting Form 31 signed by Competent Person to be furnished to Engineer-in charge.
