Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, cills, dado, skirting etc. laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for green marble 18-20 mm thick as in (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform and like in CM 1:4 incl pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match incl 10 mm thick screed/backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick as in floors and similar works over 20mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade of granite stone incl cutting, polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for boring holes through stone/tile lining for pipes, etc. n exc 50 mm dia and making good complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) area n exc. 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item above but exc 1.50 Sqm n.exc 4 Sqm.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sqm each and refixing in same opening incl easing, adjusting etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Mild steel hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately.

Supply only 150mm long and 12mm dia stainless steel fasteners with round shape head complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid rounded or chambered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick plain, framed, factory made panelled shutter(two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial veneering particle board on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part-1), kiln in seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick 2nd class HW, glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass / gauge (without sash bar) edges of forming plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered bead for securing glass / gauge etc. size of shutter as per SSR part-1 section 8 clause 8.24(a) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for for new or old surfaces of exterior wall decorating and water proofing treatment to wall surface by wire brushing in order to remove dust, dirt, loose particles, laitance. Thereafter wash the surface with clan water & allow to dry. Fill visible cracks/ joints by chemistic crack seal caulking compound & allow to dry for 24 hours. Apply a primer coat of chemistic prime M Seal (water base primer) and allow to dry for 6 hours. Thereafter apply 02 coats of chemistik PDS-50 (WB high build anti carbonation coating cum waterproofing) & shade by brush at the interval of 08 hours between the coat and allow to dry to match the existing shade including necessary scaffolding for any height, covering etc. complete all as per specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces or previously untreated surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for for preparation of newly or untreated plastered surface applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) over a coat primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing, chipping and cleaning of existing loose and damaged concrete carefully up to 60mm thickness by low impact high frequency hammer or by manual chipping without damaging the existing concrete including cleaning the surface by air jet and stacking & disposal of unserviceable materials outside the premises including all necessary scaffolding, safety net, props, etc. complete as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor on concrete surface by spraying at 4 sqm/ltr and wiping the surface with moist cloth after few minutes to remove any residual material which has not penetrated, including all necessary surface preparation, necessary scaffolding, props, etc. as per requirement, all complete as specified & directed.

Cleaning all existing reinforcement bars with wire brush/rotary wire brush to make entire surface of bars free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc. and applying alkaline rust converting primer on the existing rebars and allowing it to react with rust and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble protective layer, as per manufacturer's instructions, including necessary scaffolding, props etc. as per requirement complete all as specified and directed. (Mode of measurement: per sqm of breaking area of concrete.)

Drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100mm deep in structural members at the interval of 300mm in staggered manner or along the crack line in RCC structural member including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV nozzles compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix the nozzles inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 hrs before grouting: Cut and remove nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, levelling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and directed. The rate shall include scaffolding and other necessary works.

Providing and injecting two part, low viscous, high strength epoxy resin based moisture insensitive liquid using pressure injector with accessories till nozzle refuses to accept the grout including mixing of grout material components in adequate proportions as per manufacturer's instructions by weight batching and grouting the mixed material into the structural member by grouting gun, maintaining desired pressure in the gun by air compressor and maintaining pressure at exit about 2 to 3 kg/cm2 by monitoring pressure gauge at exit. The mixed grout should have following properties:- (i) Mixed Density 1.1 kg/I (at + 27oC); Viscosity ~ 250 mPas at + 30 oC and should comply according to ASTM C 881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, class E+F (ii) Compressive strength >+ 70 N/ sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM C 579; Tensile Strength ~ 50 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30oC cure) (According to ASTM D 638); Tensile Modulus ~2000 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30oC cure) (According to ASTM D 638); (iii) Bond Strength ~ 10.8 N/sqmm (failure in concrete) after 14 days at +30oC cure; Flexural strength ~ 50 N/sqmm according to ISO 178. (iv) Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy adhesive after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for MS TMT bars 10 mm and above , cut to length ,bent to shape required , including cranking , bending , spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in reinforcement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and applying Zinc rich epoxy anti-corrosive protective coating for reinforcement bars as corrosion protection system in 2 coats to the entire circumference surface of bars as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. The product should confirm carbonation resistance of 2 mm and bond strength > 1N/sqmm according to ASTM C 882-78 complete all as specified and directed.(Mode of measurement: per sqm of application area of concrete.) The rate shall include cost of scaffolding necessary for the work.

Providing, mixing & applying two component epoxy resin concrete bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces prior to application of any type of repair mortar or micro concrete as per manufacturer's specification including cleaning of surface to remove all dirt, dust or any other impurities, etc. including necessary scaffolding work, all complete as specified and directed. The product should comply with ASTM C 881 Type II Grade 2 Class B+C.

Rebuilding the section of damaged RCC element (column, beam, chajjas, balcony etc) to its original size in thickness (any) by providing and casting with ready to use non shrink, cementitious free flow micro-concrete having compressive strength >40 N/sqmm (28 days) according to ASTM C 1107-99 including, drilling holes and fixing shear connectors, mixing the micro concrete with adequate quantity of water, placing, levelling the surface by grinding off cementitious slurry or cementitious joints diffencess if any and curing complete all as specified and directed. The rate to include cost of scaffolding as per site requirement.

Use and waste for formwork to sides of rough finish surfaces of concrete pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, beam, chajja, balcony etc and stanchions fair finished surfaces of concrete etc all as specified and directed.

Rebuilding the section of structural damaged RCC/PCC elements to its original size and shape up to 20 mm thickness by providing and applying with pre-batched, one component fiber based repair mortar having compressive strength >=50 N sqmm (28 days) according to ASTM C 109; flexural strength >= 5N/sqmm (7days) according to ASTM C 293-79. The rate shall include cost of scaffolding required for the work.

(Weight of stainless Steel Kitchen Plate Rack shall not less than 4 Kg each) (Make:- 'Prayag 348' or Equivalent as approved by GE)

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken floor of RCC slab as following steps- Applying first coat of chemical pidifin 2K (DR Fixit or equivalent) on cleaned plastered surfaces @ 0.86 kg/sqm (min) as recommended by manufacturers. Then Provide a layer glass fiber mesh of size 2.25mm x 2.25mm (45 GSM) over first coat of chemical pidifin 2K as manufactures recommendations. After apply second coat of chemical pidifin 2K (DR Fixit or equivalent) @ 0.86 kg/sqm (min) layer glass fiber mesh as recommended by manufacturers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, spouts of 50mm dia PVC pipes projecting at least by 150mm clear of face of the outer wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 30 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement shall be provided on bottom complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for apply two coats of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.7 kg/sqm over vertical sides and floor of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for filling the sunken portion with PCC 1:7:12 type F2 using 40mm brick aggregate after carrying out required test for joints/water proofing complete all as specified and directed. Note 1:- The treatment shall also be provided over side wall up to a ht of 150 mm above FFL Note 2:- Water proofing treatment will be carried out through authorised applicators approved by GE and testing charge included in item rate.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate in window or door cills, lintels, bressummers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, hold fast, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc.(of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering’s, throttling etc. and setting in CM(1:4) with joints to match. Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper /aluminum point wiring ( light, fan, socket or power) complete, with wiring accessories such as bend boards Elbows only, ceiling fittings etc and removing material to store for safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. all as specified.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLSH PVC insulated and sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable ( using colour code as per IS) 1100 volts grade drawn through and including 20mm dia medium grade rigid PVC conduit (ISI marked) concealed on wall surface with all accessories including 1.5 sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor multistranded cable for continuous earth conductor ( using green colour) to common earth and connecting to earth dolly, complete all as specified & directed for the following :- (a) One light / Buzzer point controlled by one switch 5 Amp, SP, one way 240 volts. Note :- (I) Necessary cutting and chasing of wall surface including making good surface deemed to be included in quoted rates. (II) Modular white cover plate with frame & modular metal flush box measured and paid separately of respective items in schedule. Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode size 600x600x6.0mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanised iron strip 32X6 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and GI pipe light grade 20mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Supply and fix test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm thick drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws fixed to GI strip bracket fixed to porcelain insulator in wall as in repairs,including taking down complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Porcelain insulator will be measured & paid for separately.

Supply and fixing in repairs/replacement air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300mm long with necessary fixing arrangement on blocks on roof, including taking down complete, all as specified and directed.
