Earth work in excavation by manual means over area exceeding 30 cm and upto 1.5m in depth,1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 1m from cutting edges, in all kind of soil.

Earthwork in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5mtr in width as well as 10sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, lift upto 1.5mtr, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of Soil:

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and upto 40 mm

Filling available excavated earth (excl. rock) in trenches, Plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layer not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m

Removal of excavated mulba, dismantled unserviceable material from the site of work by MT/Animal transport or other wise including loading unloading complete job.

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete. of specified grade excl. the cost of centering and Shuttering all work upto Plinth level (1:4:8) 1 cement: 4 fine sand: 8crushed graded stone Agg. 40mm nominal size

Providing & laying under layer including preparation of ground 75mm thick (un compacted) layer of dry stone aggregate & grouted with sand. (Complete Job).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centenng. shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work upto plinth level in 1.1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C works including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete. of specified grade excl. the cost of centering and Shuttering all work upto Plinth level (1:3:6) 1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 crushed graded stone Agg. 20mm nominal size

Centering and Shuttering incl. strutting propping etc. and removal of form work for foundation, footing , bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and fixing of 100mm dia M.S Pipe

Steel work welded in built up section / framed work including cutting hoisting, fixincg in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railing, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G. I limpet washers or with G. I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape whereever required. 0.80mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing and fixing of fire proof bricks complete job

12mm thick Cement plaster of mix 1:6 , (1 Cement: 6 fine Sand ).

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade New steel work (two or more coats)

Providing and fixing of Iron Gate of size 15' x 5' 6" with steel pipe 40x40x2mm including hold fasts and fitting all including cost of Two Pillars of 1'6" x 1'6"x6' in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix supply, carriage and fitting at site with all required accessories as per the directions of Engineer- Incharge complete job.

Providing and Fixing of 60 mm thick I-Section paver tile over a layer of cement sand mortar 1:4 mix.

Carriage of material by Mech.Transport including loading unloading and stacking a)Sand & Bajree 10KM avg.
