Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with Stone Dust in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Driving holes for Piles of finished diameter of 450mm in all kinds of soils, all types of rocks, soft rock, weathered rock, hard rock to the required depth using hydraulic rigs with vertical sludge recycling pump of 20 HP using 53 KV diesel generator including all tools and Plants with necessary accessories for applying Bentonite slurry through pump from tank with required density and by using light crane for lowering and placing the reinforcement cage including lap, welding of reinforcement cage as required with all leads and lifts, interlacing of pile reinforcement into pile cap. Including the cost of disposal of spoils/ slush etc away from the work site without any obstructions to the work with all leads and lifts, labour , pumping , bailing etc, and includes the cost of all preparatory works in forming and maintaining of working platformwith their own cost and timely removal therof to the satifaction including dismantling the laitance concrete upto the cut off level for monolothic concreting of pile cap, Providing stacking places, mobilisation and transferring / reinstalling of piliing equipements/ asscessories etc from one location to another with necessary power / service connections as required etc, complete complying with the technical specifications and as directed by the engineer in charge. The rate is excluding of RMC Cement Concrete and steel which will be paid separately and this item is only for driving pile and lowering reinforcement work -

Providing and placing in position of plain cement concrete M 10 grade using M sand hard blue granite broken stone jelly of size 40 mm mixing with mixer machine including the cost of bailing/pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick, compacting, consolidation by,finishing, watering, curing etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and laying of ready mix M25 grade of concrete having charaterstic strength not less than specified in the IS 456 - 2000 using Ordinary portland cement with minimum cement content of 300 Kg / cum confirming to IS 8112. Coarse aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20 mm down graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate without fly ash as per IS 383 - 1970 ( 2007 ) with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming to IS 456 - 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high workability as per IS 1199 - 1959 ( 2004 ). The initial & final setting time confirming IS 12269 - 1987 ( 2004 ) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 32 0 C. The admixtures affecting the quality and strength of the concrete should not be used and should confirm IS 9103 - 1979 [ usual admixture - Air entraining & water reducing ] including the cost of hire charges for pump and pumping charges to the required locations & levels as specified by the Engineer - in - charge,. laying, compacting, consolidation by using vibrators, finishing, watering, curing, testing charges as per IS 456 - 2000, 4031 - ( Part 3 & 6 ) / 1988 ( 2005 ) & ( Part 2 ) / 1999 ( 2004 ) and 516 / 1959 ( 2004 ), 4926 - 1976 ( 1990 ), mix design details to be got approved before commencement of the work adopting pour card system and other OK cards. Painting the new plastered walls with two coats of Exterior emulsion paint (weather proof) first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping clean removal of dirt etc. complete and including necessary plaster paris putty etc. wherever required as per (IS STD) It must provide excellent resistance against the growth of algae and fungi on the walls. And it must offer excellent protection against alkali and UV degradation and the durability period should be 5 years.

Painting new iron work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality over the existing primary coat in all floor including the cost of paint etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.( The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on the work).

Supplying and fixing in position of demarcation R.C.C pre cast post of size 1.45 x 0.20 x 0.20 m in cement concrete of grade M15 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of size 20mm base fixing the post 30cm depth below ground level, the post includes using 4 numbers of 10mm RTS main rod to a length of 1.33M, using 8mm MS @ 15cm spacing as stirrups with steel centering and painting the post with enamel paint all round the post etc, complete and conveying the post to the site of demarcation boundary such as canal bund/water spread area etc including earthwork excavation for foundation (45x45x45cm) in HSC having the base plain cement concrete of 15cm of grade M 7.5 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 40mm of 10 cm thick, and the post embedded by using Cement concrete of grade M10 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 20mm of 35cm thick as per the drawing enclosed including cost of earth work, concrete, moulding charges, steel reinforcement, finishing, painting them and marking at top of post, etc, complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing M.S.Grill gate of required size in two shutters with necessary iron members gun metal cups and wheels 75mm dia. With fittings locking arrangements etc. complete including painting a priming coat of approved primer etc. complete (The design of gate furnished is subject to alteration during execution).

Supplying and fixing M.S.Grills for OSR Land / Parks compound wall of design using 25 X 10mm MS flats for outer frame Horizontally & Vertically. The inner vertical grills shall be 10 X 10mm square rods at the spacing of 96mm c/c. The inner horizontal grills shall be 25 X 10mm MS flats adjoining 10 X 10mm square rods both sides at the spacing of 290mm c/c. The horizontal anchoring to wall shall be 20 X 5mm. The vertical anchoring shall be 25 X 10mm. The arrows with vertical shall be 20 X 5mm. (Sketch enclosed) and also as directed during execution.

Supplying and providing chain link fence with RCC posts. The RCC posts will be of 2.5m c.c. and of 2.75m ht. The posts will be 100mm square at top and 150mm square at bottom 2.15m ht. above ground level and 0.60m below ground level fixed in c.c. foundation in 1:4:8 of 40mm size stone jelly used. The foundations is of size 45 x 45 x 90cm including sand and filling of 15cm ht. The fencing will be of chain link 75mm size 10 gauge. The height of fence is 2.0m after leaving 75mm gap from ground level including fixing the fence with the posts using G.I. binding wire etc. complete.

Dewatering using 5HP diesel engine pumpset including Hire charges, cost of Diesel, Engine oil, pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidental charges etc., complete. complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Fixing of Digitally Printed Retroreflective Single Arrow Sign board of size 1595mm x 900mm made of Type XI grade cube corner micro prismatic grade sheeting confirming to IRC 67-2012 as per ASTMD-4956-09 Specifications, Digitally Printed using Latex Printer for Traffic Colour logos/text and laminated with UV Resistant clear electro-cut film and applied to proper prepared sign substrate made of 4mm thick Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) and back support frame angle of 25mm x 25mmx3mm Supported by 32NB, 2.7mm Thick Stainless steel pipe all round in 304 grade and 2 nos. of vertical posts of 65NB, 3.04mm thick stainless steel pipe of 304 grade firmly fixed to the found by means of properly designed foundation of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 450 mm with M15 Grade cement concrete and the item shall include earthwork excavation, cost of materials, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transportation etc, complete as per approved template. The signs shall be manufactured using a system of matched components of reflective sheeting and overlay films and digital inks manufactured and supplied by the reflective sheeting manufacturer .Digitally printed traffic colour (red, blue, green, yellow, orange and brown) areas on white sheeting shall not be having less than 70 percent of the value of the coefficient of retro reflection established for its colour and type of sheeting as given in Table 6.9 of IRC 67-2012.The coefficient of retro reflection after the stipulated warranty period shall be minimum 80 percent of the initial value of the printed sign (initial value shall be minimum 70% of the values given in table 6.9 of IRC 67-2012). Match component system warranty for the components like retro-reflective sheeting, overlay films and digital inks shall be provided by the manufacturer The Retro reflective sheeting shall be covered under 10 years warranty issued for field performance and certified copy of completed three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained by the engineer-in-charge. The warranty shall be inclusive of digitally printed logos/text/legends and their bonding to the retro- reflective sheeting (as per MoRT&H Specification No.801). The latex printer used for digital printing should be used with Inks of low VOC emission and should have Greenguard, eco logo certificate as per UL 2801 Standards. The warranty & Test certificates shall be obtained from the retro-reflective sheeting manufacturer by the contractor and shall be submitted to engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in position of Chain Link fencing of size 2" x 2" using 10 gauge Galvanised Iron wire mesh to a height of 1.5m width 2.5m from existing RCC Concrete layer over the M.S. Grill fabrication above the RCC wall with 50mm x 50mm vertical square tube at 2.5m intervals, 25mm x 25mm horizontal square tube at 0.30m spacing including, dismantling fixing of vertical tube in R.C.C wall, relaying of concrete and rates including cost of steel tube, chain link fencing mesh, concrete and labour charges for cutting, welding, tying, laying,fixing in position, painting, concrete cutting etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.
