M&L for complete removal of old existing treatment of wall (external / internal) and ceiling finishes using mechanical dry wall sander machine (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 320 Grit or above to completely remove old existing treatment for wall and ceiling surface and ready to take new surface finishes complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying waterproof cement based putty @ 0.5 Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr of average thickness 1.00 mm on prepared wall (external / internal ) and ceiling surfaces as per sr item No 2 above in following steps:- Step-1) Filling of cracks in wall using crack seal compound asian smart care crack seal or equivalent. Step 2) Mix the putty powder @ 0.5 kg/sqm by adding 35 to 40% water by volume or as per approved by manufacturer's instructions and mix it with electric putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute upto 5 to 10 minutes . Step 3) Apply the putty over the surface prepared manually using knife/trowel The application shall be done uniformly to achieve the required finish with a maximum thickness as specified. Ensure proper surface coverage and smooth finish while maintaining quality as per standard and as per the direction of engr in charge. Step 4) Allow 6-8 hrs to dry putty surface.

M&L for applying one coat of acrylic water based Exterior grade primer @ 0.9 ltr (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio (Minimum) as per approved manufacturer's instructions to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine TruCare Graco Ultramax II 490 PC Pro or equivalent of paint application with a flow speed of min 2.0 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI on prepared and wall (External ) surfaces as per sr item No 6 . Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Primer shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for applying two coats of Anti fungal weather proof grade exterior acrylic emulsion paint @ 02 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio (Minimum) of approved tint as per approved manufacturer's instruction over prepared and primed surface of external wall with fully automatic airless spray machine TruCare Graco Ultramax II 490 PC Pro or equivalent of paint application with a flow speed of min 2.0 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI as per sr item No 2 to 3 above .Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick ready mix plaster on brick/concrete/stone surfaces including finishing the surfaces fair and even (without using extra cement) and smooth as per manufacturer's direction complete all as specificed and directed.

M & L for applying Two coats of Damp proof coarse external paint (Primeless high build water based elastomeric exterior wall waterproof acrylic coating for exterior surfaces) designed with weather resistant acrylate polymers, UV resistant and good hiding and spreading,developing a strong intercoat adhesion with the substrate therefore no separate primer is required, features such as Waterproofing, UV protection, Anti algal resistance, crack bridging of elastic films covering hair line cracks, long term protection, colour variants. Preparation of surfaces by cleaning the surfaces till it is free from dust , grease and flaking paint , any unstable paint to be removed , using high pressure wash or scraper , whichever is appropriate . Algae and fungus on the wall to be removed by using high pressure wash or coir brush and shall be treated with fungicidal solution , all surface cracks upto 5 mm width should be filled up with Crack-X-paste. Cracks more than 5 mm and all separation gaps should be filled up with URP modified mortar or as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. Application for verticle surface fresh plaster or repainting on old prepared surfaces. 2. Use it directly from the container. Stir contents well before use. 3. Brush/ roller apply a self priming coat of it on the vertical wall surface in SSD condition, diluting 1 litre with 100 ml clean potable water. Allow it to dry for 4-6 hours. 4. Apply a coat of it without dilution as waterproof top coat, either by roller or brush with force coverage at the rate of 3.7- 4.1 Sqm / litre to achieve DFT of 100- 110 microns. Allow it to dry for 4- 6 hours. Lighter shades of white base on the top of dark colours need additional coat for finishing. 5. An additional coat should be applied in case of horizontal surfaces like the top of windows, ledges, parapet wall etc. Allow the coating to full air cure for 7 days.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in repair galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.
