FLP light fitting works for ESA compliance and Lux improvement at BPCL MCI 1. Mangalore Coastal Installation (MCI) is a Petroleum Oil and Lubes (POL) Installation owned by BPCL which is situated at Mangalore city to cater to the MS and HSD demands of Mangalore market. It caters to different sales areas of Mangalore Retail Territory, Gulbarga Territory, Calicut territory, Rescue loads to Belgaum Territory and I&C. It is spread across 69 acres of land. 2. As per OISD and PNGRB norms, it must be properly illuminated. It was observed during last ESA audit and monthly LUX study that few areas like Road around TLF gantry, TLF pump house manifold and road around tank farm are not as illuminated as it should be. Hence it is proposed to strategically procure and place adequate no of FLP light fittings and its accessories to always ensure adequate lux levels.
