Repair to 5000 GPH x 250 meter head HC pump motor set installed at pumping station Khoon by way of disconnecting of electric supply, decoupling of pump and motor and shifting / carriage of pump and motor set from pumping station to road side by manual labour, tools and tackles then to workshop on departmental vehicle. Dismantling of pump set for repairs. Job includes repair to pump shaft by welding, turning and making bearing size key way making, check nut. Providing, fabrication and fitting of new impeller 6 nos. diffusers 6nos. neck rings 4 nos., diffuser bushes 2 no., body bushes-2nos. and spacer bushes-2nos. Fabrication and fitting of brackets-1no. Replacement of damaged bearings by providing and fitting of new bearings 6306-2nos. with proper greasing as per sample. P/F of gland packing. Carriage of pump and motor set back to pumping station after repair by using manual labour tools and tackles. Coupling pump motor set and making proper alignment and testing the pump set on load at site. Complete job includes cost of head load carriage charges, material and labour charges for dismantling, fitting and carriage at site.
