REPAIRS AND ROUTINE MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRIC OPERATED LIFTS MONARCH MAKE AT SAILORS BLOCK AND NO MESS AT INHS ASVINI

Repair/Routine maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrically operated passenger lift (Monarch) make, 08 passenger (544 Kg capacity) for Sailors block at INHS Asvini for G + 7 upper floors (i.e 8 floors) having power operated door and simplex collective control system with repair and replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearings, bearing bushes, all type of guide shoes, hangers, door rope, door locks and its contacts control cards, control connector/ links, hall push buttons and its spares, rewinding of motors, welding of cracked /broken MS parts if any, repair /replacement of door safety edge working at any principle and any type sensor or mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, COP & LOP buttons, car position indicator, door sill, necessary wiring and cable as per requirement for safe operation of lift, maintaining of cabin, cabin fan repair, cabin light, maint of auto rescue devise (ARD) cleaning of SWR with cleaning oil etc to ensure safety and smooth functioning etc to ensure safety and smooth functioning of all as specified and as directed for No of lift - 02 Note: Cost of spare parts / material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance.

All as per item No 1 above but for 08 passengers (544 Kg) lift for NO Mess building at INHS Asvini serving G+8 (i.e 09 floors) No of lift - 01

Note for item Nos 1 to 2 above :- (a) There shall be two category of operators :- (i) One category is Rescue Operator who shall be invariably ITI qualified and trained for Rescue Operation for all the building - Each shift. (ii) The other category is for Lift mechanic (skilled) duly trained for all building (b) Rescue operator having ITI qualification with at least 02 (Two) years practical experience shall posses thorough knowledge to rescue user in case of emergency like anybody getting trapped in lifts (Rescue Operator) for all building - Each Shift (c) Passes will be processed alongwith (after verification on signed certificate, verified ITI certificate only. Pass shall not be granted without submission of ITI qualification proof & experience certificate. (d) Contractor shall submit ID proof, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engrr-in-Charge before employing a person as Lift mechanic and Rescue Operator. (e) Payment to Lift mechanic and Rescue Operators shall be done directly through bank in their account / by crossed cheque only which shall not be less than minimum fare wages as per Act in vouge. The contractor shall submit proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment. After entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge the payment action shall be processed further. (f) Rescue Operators shall be trained for rescue passangers of lift by an enlisted OEM / Lift maintenance contractor, approval of lift licence issued by lift inspector of PWD and certificate for the same be submitted with proposal for passes.

(g) Lift mechanic shall be available as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge or Lift Cell in-Charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or move without intimating to in-Charge of Lift Cell or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs 1500/- per shift shall affected. (h) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addn to the penalty as specified above. (j) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the lift cell. (k) In case of any necessity for rescue operation or accident, Rescue Operator shall be capable of rescue the passenger and reacting to the situation (accident etc) (l) Contractor shall submit the labour licenece and Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (m) Insurance coverage, compensation if any applicable or necessitated due to mis operation of lift shall be the responsibility of contractor. The quantum of compensation shall be assessed based on the BOO composing of Lift Inspector of Maharashtra State, representatives of both agencies carrying out M&O works and routine maintenance work of lift and members from department.

Taking out unserviceable cabin fan from cabin and supply & fixing new cabin fan non-oscillating type axial flow, single speed 300mm sweep. 240 Volts ISI mark with aluminum powder coated grill complete all as specified & directed . Make: VBM/EMCO/CINI or equivalent

Dismantling & taking out unserviceable sensor system and supply & fixing new door sensor system assembly with new edge along with full beam infrared sensor upto full length of car doors for passengers lift of capacity 8 passengers (544 Kgs) complete all as specified and directed . Make: WECO/TL JONE/ OTIS.
