Dismentaling and removing A.C.or G.C.I Sheet roofing after carefully removing the bolts and nuts including stacking of the materials for re-use and removinng the debris within 50 mt. lead.

Dismentaling and removing 2.5 cm thick grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface lowering and removing the debries within 50 meters lead.

Providing and fixing Granite tiles (above 0.1 Sqm. & upto 0.40 Sqm.) in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,fitting,fixing up window (sliding type) made up aluminium section 151-154, 151-155, as windows frame section No.151-155, 151-153 and 151-167 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of all materials all taxes labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

2.5 cm. thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm. size hard granite chips on new work. including cost of all materials all taxes labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coats with any shade on inside walls including all cost, conveyance, taxes, & royalty of all materials, labour, T&P etc., required for the work complete.

Finishing walls with weather shield cement paint 2 coats over a coat of water bound cement primer. including all cost, conveyance, royalty of of materials, T&P and labour etc., required for the work complete.

Painting two coat with any approved paint including cost of paints etc. complete.

Fixing of 0.30 mm thick G.C.I. Sheet in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties etc. excluding cost of fittings but including cost of sheet.
