Random Rubble Stone Masonry, in CM (1:6) prop: (Cement: Sand) using hard granite stones from approved quarry inclduing cost and conveyance of all materials like Granite stones, cement, sand, water etc,. To site inclduing all operational incidental, and labour charges such as cutting stones to required size and shape mixing of cement mortor, constructing maosnry curing etc,. complete for finished item of work for foundation (APSS NO. 601& 615)

Masonry work in CM (1:8) prop with FlyASH cement solid blocks of size 290 x 225 x 140 mm for manufacturing of flyash solid blocks using flyash of 80 kgs, cement of 15kgs. Gypsum of 5 kgs and stone dust inclduing cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges seigniorage charges, scaffolding and curing etc,. complete with a compressive streangth not lessthan 50kg/sqm for walls for superstructure walls.

Plastering 12mm thick double coat in CM (1:6) 8mm thick base coat and top coat CM (1:4) of 4mm thick with dubara sponge finish including c/c of all materials like cement, sand, water etc,. To site, other taxes on all materials all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing mortor scaffolding charges including cutting of Grooves wherever neccessary as directed by Engineer-in-charge. finishing curing etc,. complete for finished item of work (APSS NO. 901 & 904) Internal Walls

supplying and fixing of Unplasticized Ploy Vinyl chloride (UPVc) 3 track sliding window with mesh shutter - (2 glass shutters and 1- mesh shutter) duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles (Composition of Profile shall consists a minimum of 5.5 PHR of Ti and not more than 12 PHR of Caco3 for every 100 parts of PVC resin) of (94 mmx45mm)/(80mmx52mm)x2.20mmm for outer frames, (58mmx39mm)/(54mmx38mm) x 2.20mm for sliding shutter frames capable of mounting single glazing system structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanized up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.0/1.2mm prefabricated & Welded through fusion welding. The WIndow sash shall be (42mmx25mmn)/(52mmx21.5mm)x2.0mm fitted with Vinyl coated fibre mehs-on rollers/pulley duly fixed with grey colur TPV Gasket for sash & Glazing bead shall be co-extructed with Grey colur soft PVC. System shall have single point locking with touch lock and the system is to be installed at the siteusing anchor conveyance of all materials accessories labour charges for transportaion erection at site complete for finished item of work
