CA NO CWEAFJ-29/2026-27 REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS TYPE OF AC PLANTS AT AF STATION JAMMU AND KALUCHAK UNDER GE (AF) JAMMU

Material and labour for servicing of AHU Floor mounted of 45000 CFM ,42000 CFM and 30000 CFM capacities installed at UGBO ,station auditorium & Alternate ATC including washing of coils with descaling chemicals and pressure pump including cleaning of drain pipe all as specified. The job includes dusting of all filters as well as cleaning of the outer filters and inner filters with proper cleaning of the AHU body with all necessary equipment and apparatus. The AHU room must be dust free after servicing of AHU complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : The work shall be carried out by the authorized service representative of the OEM.

Material and labour for servicing of AHU of different capacity for air blower installed at SNCOs mess and DSC mess including washing and cleaning of coils with chemical and pressure pump including dusting of all filters with proper cleaning of AHU body with all necessary arrangement including cleaning of drain pipe. AHU room must be dust free after servicing of AHU complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : The work shall be carried out by the authorized service representative of the OEM.

Material and labour for comprehensive maintenance of Package type AC Plant installed at technical area of GE AF Jammu through authorised agent of original equipment manufacturer including carrying out preventive maintenance and servicing as per manufacturerer's manual, repair and overhauling, descaling of compressor,condenser tubes/ cleaning of filters, cooling coils, detecting and arresting of leakages of air/gas/lubricants/fuel etc, attending breakdown and rectification of all type of defects including electrical, electronic circuits & drives, mechanical and refrigeration/air conditioning including taking down unserviceable parts, spares as and when required for the following Plants all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge: - (A) Location: Technical area of GE AF Jammu (a) Package Type AC Plant 34 TR - Make as on site (b) Package Type AC Plant 33 TR

Material and labour for opening and dismantling both sides covers of condenser and descaling of condenser unit for AC plant of 113 TR & 104 TR & 75 TR capacity installed at UGBO , Auditorium and alternate ATC by pumping descaling chemicals with descaling pump, brushing with rods, cleaning/ oiling of tubes, replacement of gasket and reassembling it after descaling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :(i) The descaling of the condensers of the plant will be carried out by the authorised service representative of the OEM. (ii) Descaling done quaterley.

Material and labour for leakage testing and gas charging including checking of leakage in both low and high side of the system by feeding dry nitrogen to maintain adequate pressure in the system, restoring the leakages including replacement of teflon sealings of all refrigerant link valves liquid lines, suction line, dicharge line of compressors, gland packages of all angle valves flaring of all connections etc for 33//35/75/104/114 TR compressor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for proper cleaning of cooling tower fins,treatment of water if necessary,cleaning and descaling of deposited sludge in pipe with proper chemical along with cleaning of strainer,inspecting of starter coils/strainers,tighten all electrical connections including lubrication of bearings of motor,proper alignment of cooling tower fan blades and clean dirt accumulation on blades,proper cleaning of spreay nozzles,Inspect for corrosion and wear of baffles and cleaning and inspecting corrosion in float valves and change when necessary complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for cooling tower of certain capacity existing at site. Note:- Cleaning done in every quaterly Basis and all site will be consider at one job.

M&L for dismantling and taking down of air handling unit from its original location by discconecting all electrical and mechanical connections and setting aside for repair, Scrapping and removing out old u/s rusted frame work for air cooling system installed at different location in air force station Jammu and cleaning and carry out denting as required, Supply and fix new Base frame all as per existing size, replacement of water tray of size 600mm x 1800mm and made up of angle Iron/GI sections and 18 Gauge GI Sheet, painting of base frame, Blower Motor, Blower Shaft, water tray with two coat of synthetic enameled paint over coat of red oxide primer, replacement of wiring and assembling and reinstalling back to Its original location after completion of work including testing complete all respect all as specified and directed by Engineer- incharge. Note:- (a) Cost of fabrication & Material required for replacemnt of base frame & water tray deemed to be included in quoted rates. (b) The work shall be carried out by the authorized service representative of the OEM.

Supply & fixing in replacement of V belt of suitable size and make as on site and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement microvee pre filter, 10 micron, box type of size 610x610x50mm & 580x580x50mm suitable for AHU of central AC plant complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Size of pre filter and hepa filter may varies 5 to 10 % in length and width. Contractor has advise to visit the site before execute the work.

Material and labour for replacement of flow switch of central AC plant of any capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The work shall be carried out by the representative of OEM.
