1. Dismantling the existing Reinforced cement concrete works as existing (above/below ground level) at site of works for drainwalls and wherever necessary to the required size, shape and level, all as per relevant specification and depositing the dismantled debris within a lead of 50 m for re-transportation and disposal including cutting and removing the reinforcement steel from the structures wherever possible and handing over the retrieved materials such as reinforcement steel etc., to the Trust’s Store anywhere within the Port limits including all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, plants, fuel etc., complete.
2. Dismantling the existing Asphalt concrete at site of work and wherever necessary to the required level and slope to form base for concrete pavement all as per relevant specifications and as directed at site , including stacking the debris within a lead of 50m for re-transportation, including all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, plants,fuel,etc., complete.
3. Removing the exisitng Concrete blocks weighing more than 5 Te by using Mobile cranes of suitable capacity from the existing Garbage dumping yard and stacking the same near by the site to the required alignment all as per relevant specifications and as directed, including all labour, hire charges for cranes, tools, tackles, equipment, plants,fuel,etc., complete.
4. Dismantling and removing the existing rich mix Plain Cement Concrete above / below Ground level as existing at site of work and wherever required to the required level all as directed at site including stacking the debris within a lead of 50m for re-transportation and disposal all as directed including all labour, tools, equipments, fuel, transport, etc. complete.
5. Dismantling the existing Plain Cement Concrete lean mix, above / below GL as existing at site of work and wherever required to the required size and level all as directed at site including stacking the debris within a lead of 50m for re-transportation and disposal all as directed including all labour, tools, equipments, fuel, transport, etc. complete.
6a.Earth work excavation for Concrete Pavement,Drain cum cable chase, Retaining wall and wherever required in ordinary soil, sand, clay mixed with roots, boulders weighing individually less than 250 Kg, debris, rubbish etc., upto a required depth, with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers trimming bottom and slopes in accordance with requirements of lines grades and cross sections, and transporting, unloading with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m for re-transportation and disposal complete , all as per relevant specification, including all labour, tools, tackles, equipments, plants, fuel etc., complete. Note: Quantity for earth work excavation will be based on Pre and Post levels.
6b. Earth work excavation up to 1.50m depth by Manual method in ordinary soil, sand, clay mixed with roots, boulders weighing individually less than 250 Kg, debris, rubbish etc., as existing at site of work for foundations of Drain cum cable chase, retaining wall, etc., to the lines, levels and alignment including dressing of sides, ramming of bottom all as per relevant specification, drawings and as directed, including depositing the excavated earth within a lead of 50 m for refilling / transportation including shoring, strutting, if any, including all labour, tools, tackles, equipments, plants, fuel etc., complete.
7. Preparing the existing sub grade/excavated suface by dressing the surfaces to the required level, camber, watering, and consolidating by using roller (8 to12 te. Capacity with maximum of 6 passes) for road portion and wherever required to form the base to the required levels and slopes all as specified under relevant schedules, drawings and as directed including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel etc complete.
8.Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers manually on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRT&H technical specifications clause 401 conforming to Grading-I (Table 400-1) all as directed including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, transport, fuel etc., complete.
9. Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of mix 1:4:8 in volumetric proportion ( 1 cement : 4 Crushed stone sand : 8 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size ) for levelling course of road portion and foundations for Drain cum cable chase , retaining wall,etc and wherever required including mixing, transporting, placing, ramming, consolidating, shuttering, curing all as per relevant specifications, drawings and as directed including all labour, materials, tools,plants, equipments,fuel etc., complete.
10. Providing and laying cement concrete of design mix M35 grade using CS sand for road in panels of 4.5mx4.5m or any other suitable dimensions as directed to finished average thickness of 300mm all as directed including providing necessary longitudinal / contraction / expansion joints as shown in the drawing and laid with proper slope and levels including shuttering, mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating with screed vibrator, curing etc., all as per relevant specifications, drawings and as directed including all labour, materials, equipments, tools, plants, fuel, etc. complete. Note: Longitudinal / Contraction / expansion joints will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.
11. Supplying and laying impregnated bitumen pad of 20 mm thickness and 275 mm depth (approximately) for expansion joints to the required length as specified in the drawing and as directed including making necessary holes in the pad and fixing the same in to the dowel bars including all labour, materials, transportation, tools, equipment etc., complete. Note: 1.The rate shall include making necessary holes in the pad for fixing the same in to the dowel bars. 2.The joint filler shall comply with IS 1838 - 1983 or its latest edition.
12. Supplying and laying bitumen sealing compound of grade 'A' conforming to IS 1834 – 1984 (or its latest edition) for expansion joints, longitudinal joints and contraction joints as per details shown in the drawing, including painting the edges of the joint with an approved primer all as specified and as directed at site of work. including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, fuel, etc., complete.

13. Providing and fabricating the MS / TMT bars, fabricating and placing in position as dowel bars / tie bars for expansion joints / longitudinal joints as per details shown in the drawing and as directed including all handling, cutting, bending, all labour, materials, equipment, tools etc., complete. Note: 1.The rate shall be inclusive of cost of steel and fabrication charge if any . 2. Dowel bar(16mm dia. MS bars) for expansion joints (one half of the rod painted with bitumen and greased to avoid bonding with concrete) including providing necessary cap / sleeve and cotton waste all as shown in drawing and as directed at site.

14.Providing and laying cement concrete for RCC works of mix 1:1½:3 in volumetric proportions(1 Cement: 1.5 C.S.sand (M.sand) : 3 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) for RCC Bottom slab, Side wall and Insitu Cover slab of Drain cum cable chase, retaining wall and wherever necessary including providing necessary holes in the side wall to drain the water from the road all as per relevant specifications, drawings and as directed at site of work including shuttering, centering, strutting, mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, curing including all labour, equipment, materials, tools, plants, fuel, etc., complete. Note: ( Providing Steel reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.)

15. Providing and casting RCC Precast cover slabs for Drain cum cable chase and wherever required in mix 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 C.S.sand (M.sand) : 3 hard granite graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) in volumetric proportions to the required size, including providing necessary formwork, mixing, transporting, placing, consolidating / vibrating, curing etc., including finishing the exposed surface of the slab with neat cement punning at 2.2 kg/m2 and lifting, handling the slabs, transporting and placing in correct position and alignment all as per relevant specifications,, drawing and as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, equipment, tools, plants, fuel, etc., complete. Note : Providing Steel reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.
16. Supplying, transporting, fabricating and fixing in position M.S.angle 65x65x8mm-350mm long welded with M.S.flat 50x8mm-75mm long in Drain cum cable chase for cable support as per the details shown in the drawings or as directed, including all labour, materials, welding, tools, plants, equipments, transport,fuel, etc., complete.
17. Supplying RCC Hume pipe ( (Class NP4) conforming to IS 458:2003, 450mm dia and wall thickness not less than 75mm thk with collars etc., laying the pipes across the Hazardous cargo drain to the correct alignment and gradient to connect with proposed cable chase for routing cables , all as per relevant specifications, drawings and as directed at site, including all materials, labour, tools, plants, equipments, transport, fuel etc complete. Note: Making good with concreting around Hume pipe will be paid under relevant item.
18. Providing and fixing good quality rigid / unplasticised PVC pipe of 110mm outside diameter (Trubore / Finolex or its equivalent) and capable of withstanding pressure of (6kgf / sq.cm) for spout pipe 250mm long, embedding in the drain wall at required level and wherever required including fixing the pipes in correct alignment all as per drawings, relevant schedules and as directed, including all materials, labour, equipments, tools, plants, etc. complete.
19. Refilling with available excavated earth excluding boulders, debris etc., in the sides of Drain- cum- cable chase, retaining wall, etc., in layers not exceeding 200mm thick as per relevant specifications and as directed including consolidating the deposited earth in layers by watering and ramming, including all labour, tools, equipment, etc., complete.
20. Preparing the bottom surfaces of Drain - cum - cable chase and Providing plastering in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 fine river sand) 12mm thick to the required finish, curing all as per relevant specification and as directed including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete.
21. Preparing the exposed and inner surfaces of side wall of Drain - cum - cable chase, retaining wall, etc and providing plastering in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 fine river sand) 6 to 10mm thick to the required finish, curing all as per relevant specification, and as directed including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, etc., complete.
22. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position HYSD (Fe 415/500 grade) TMT steel bars as reinforcement for all RCC works wherever required, including handling, cutting, bending and tying with 1.25mm dia black annealed steel binding wire including placing, all as per relevant specification, drawings and as directed, including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note:1.The rate shall be inclusive of cost of reinforcement steel, binding wire and fabrication charges etc., complete. Binding wire will not be measured for payment purpose. 2.The contractor will be allowed to use Fe500 Grade TMT steel bar without claiming any extra cost.
23. Preparing the surfaces of new steel members and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Asian/Berger/ ICI Dulux or equivalent) of approved quality and colour to give an even shade over one coat of red oxide primer all as per relevant specification and as directed including all materials, labour, brushes, tools, tackles, equipments etc., complete.
24. Preparing the newly plastered wall surfaces of Drain cum cable chase, Retaining wall & wherever required and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of make (Asian/Berger/ ICI Dulux or equivalent) of approved colour and good quality to give an even shade all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, brushes, tools, equipments, etc. complete.
25. Loading, transporting the Surplus earth, dumping and leveling in the low lying area within a lead of 1Km inside Port premises and as directed, including all labour, transport, tools, equipments, fuel, etc, complete. Note: 1. Tenderer shall maintain trip sheets in triplicate in Trust’s approved format at his own cost for the quantity of earth transported. 2. Payment will be based on lorry cubical content after deduction of 20% for voids. However, for final payment, final quantity will be restricted to actual quantity of earth work minus refilling.
26. Loading, transporting the Debris, dumping and leveling in the low lying area within a lead of 1Km inside Port premises and as directed, including all labour, transport, tools, equipments, fuel, etc, complete. Note: 1. Tenderer shall maintain trip sheets in triplicate in Trust’s approved format at his own cost for the quantity of debris transported. 2. Payment will be based on the lorry cubical content. 3. No deduction of voids for debris will be made. 4. However, for final payment, final quantity will be restricted to actual quantity of dismantling/demolishing items for debris.
