Arrangement of safety equipments for the protection of staff during working at site.

Breaking the roof of valve chamber to make the open chamber and easily going down inside the chamber for execute the work by the help of electric hemmer machining and chisel with other required tools & tackles as per site requirement.

Dismantling of drive assembly and gear box of 1200mm dia interconnection butter fly valve after cutting of all rusted nut bolts by the help of gas cutter, hydraulic jack, puller, wooden packing and other required tools & tackles. The job includes removing of gear box on the ground from the chamber with the help of tripod, chain block and handling equipments with manual labour.

Repairing of jammed valve by welding and grinding work for finishing of all heavy rust from the valve by skilled mechanic. Applying of Corrosion resistant chemical on the valve with hammering press, hydraulic jacks, chain block etc. for Making the Jammed free valve.

Repairing of drive assembly at workshop removing of all internal parts machining of CI housing repairing of worm shaft by remateling of seat on both side and making key way by machining work as per bush size. Providing and fixing of MS bush and GM. bush in the loose bore in CI housing and shaft. Rematling, machining and making key way in worm bush. Making and fixing of new top plate as per existing size and shape with complete hole by drill machine and fixing by nut bolts. Providing/fixing of new oil seal.

Providing of new GM. Gear as per existing size.

Making of new CI. Housing of gear box by casting/machining of complete outer and inner size as per existing. Repairing and fixing of existing gear set in the new housing to make the complete gear box after by complete machining work with proper alignment. Oiling and greasing for smooth operating.

Providing and fixing of wheal for manual operating the valve.

Providing of nut bolts with washer of various size.

Fixing of drive assembly and Gear box on the 1200mm dia interconnection butter fly valve on its original position by nuts bolts & washer making proper alignment and lubricant for smooth operation of valve by required tools & tackles and skilled manual labour.

Making the brick wall arround of chamber at ground by complete civil work i/c the cost of civil material with labour charges.

Fabrication and fixing of MS platform of size 1 mtr x 3 mtr. on valve for operating the valve Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position. Making proper strengthening by using of MS channel, MS angle and MS chaqured sheet and fixing by using of fasteners with proper straingth. DSR Code no. 10.2, 2018.

Fabrication and fixing of MS ladder inside the chamber Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position. Making proper strengthening by using of MS channel, MS angle and MS flat and fixing by using of fasteners with proper straingth. DSR Code no. 10.2, 2018.

Fabrication and fixing of MS cover on the chamber of size approx. 3 mtr x 3 mtr. Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position. Making proper strengthening by using of MS angle and MS chaqured sheet and fixing by using of fasteners with proper straingth. DSR Code no. 10.2, 2018.

Testing, commissioning & Painting charge of complete executed work.

Transportation charges of tools & tackles and repairable items at workshop to & fro.
