Construction work of 3 Rooms in Kishori Raman Degree College in District Mathura

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge: As per DSR No. 2.6.1

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). As per DSR No. 4.1.8

Construction of embankment with Material Obtained from Availble Land as permitted and approved by Engineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1. with all lifts and leads,1000M spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. Bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). As per DSR No. 6.1.1

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. Bricks of class designation 7.5 in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in Superstructure including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work DSR No. 6.1.1+6.80 A

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). As per DSR No. 5.1.2

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). As per DSR No. 5.3

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. As per DSR 5.22.1 Fe-500 D

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). As per DSR S.I. No. 13.1.1

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. As per DSR 10.1
