Providing & Laying of stone soling (dully hand packed)including watering dressing and ramming with all carriages loading un-loading and stacking etc complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and applying average 12 mm thick cement plaster in single coat incement sand mortar 1:6 to all surfaces at all levels including surface preparation, staging, scaffolding as directed.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2 mm thick

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats

Centring and shuttering incld. Strutting, proping etc & removal of form work for concrete work.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide Zinc Chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel/ GI works
