S/I/T/C of single screw pumps model, Discharge 20m3/Hr, Pressure 1.5 Bar at digester feed sump and pump house of 45 MGD KONDLI STP Ph-IV.Dismantling of complete pump with gear box after closing of suction and delivery valve, de coupling from motor after cutting of old rusted nut bolts and stud and Isolation of suction and delivery system by fixing of blank plate of suitable size with the help of gas cutter and manual labour.
Supply of complete pump assembly, with screw pump having Discharge 20m3/Hr, Pressure 1.5 Bar including base frame and gear box coupled with motor.Pump Make : PD pump & Systems /Pump Square system LLP /UT pumps Motor make :Crompton/ kirloskarGear box make: ISI marked
Installation of complete pump assembly with gear box coupled with motor on base frame and fixing of base frame on foundation including minor civil work as per site requirement after removing of dead flange from suction and delivery line fixing the coupling tightening the complete body of pump on base frame with help of nut bolts and realignment the same after coupling with motor. As per site requirement
