Supply & fixed to wall, laid in trenches / floor, wall ceiling GI tubing medium grade ISI marked complete with all fittings, accessories complete all as directed of the following sizes :-

S&F in repairs for Gunmetal gate valve, conforming to IS-778, ISI marked, with iron wheel head screwed at both ends for iron pipes or ferrule and fixing including necessary fittings like unions, check nuts, etc and any addition / alteration required for fixing, as fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the following diameters:-

M & L for Ductile iron pipe socket spigot centrifugally cast (spun) including suitable specials class A,K-9, in any length, laid in trenches/floors or on supporting pillar of size 150 mm dia as per IS-8239/2000 and with inside cement mortar lining and out side with blue in colour including rubber gasket joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Material,labour and laying of ductile iron pipe of size 100 dia flanged type (both end flanged) centrifugally cast (spun) including suitable specials class A, K-9, PN 16 in any length, laid in trenches/floors or on supporting pillar of size 100 dia as per IS-8239/2000 and with inside cement mortar lining and out side with blue in colour complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include the cost of the suitable GI nuts and bolts.

Supply and laying of Ductile Iron Pipe line socket and Spigot pipe as of Class K-7, ends with internal cement mortar lining and external zinc coating (minimum 130 grams/sqm) and bitumen finishing layer (minimum 70 micorn thickness), confirming to IS 8329:2000 (Amended No 1) in any length alongwith jointing materials such as rubber tyton joints of size 100 mm (4") dia including all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for 150 MM sluice valve, class PN-1.6 flanged and drilled at both ends confirming to IS:14846 with ISI mak, having brass spindle including clamps and check nuts and gun metal rings including wheel for operation all as specified including all joints with rubber gasket and jointing materials, bolts, nuts, washers etc with the following sizes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for 100 MM sluice valve, class PN-1.6 flanged and drilled at both ends confirming to IS:14846 with ISI mak, having brass spindle including clamps and check nuts and gun metal rings including wheel for operation all as specified including all joints with rubber gasket and jointing materials, bolts, nuts, washers etc with the following sizes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for 80 MM sluice valve, class PN-1.6 flanged and drilled at both ends confirming to IS:14846 with ISI mak, having brass spindle including clamps and check nuts and gun metal rings including wheel for operation all as specified including all joints with rubber gasket and jointing materials, bolts, nuts, washers etc with the following sizes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Cast Iron in repairs for Air Valves with double air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 150 mm dia bore and fixing up in Cast Iron Water supply mains including all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for supporting pillar constructed of masonry of dimensions as required on site with precast cement concrete solid block masonry in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) 20 mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and apply two coats of oil bound distember over a coat of average 1 mm thick wall care putty to make the surface smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface including mixing of liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per 50 kg cement bag, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs for water meter industrial type, magnetically coupled, screwed, supplied and installed complete of size 150 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for Strainer Y type conforming to IS, size 150 mm (6”) dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting the existing bituminous/ cement concrete road to any length and width but 60 cm in depth as required at site for laying galvanised steel tubing as protection pipe for cable including earth work excavation in any type of soil, RFR and removing surplus soil as directed and making good the disturbed top surface and also provide the bituminous complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of Brick Masonary valve chamber of size 900x900x900mm (internal dimensions) with PCC 1:4:8 foundation 100mm thick, brick work using PCC block masonary 200 thick wall built in CM 1:6,PCC 1:3:6 coping 50mm thick, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 to all internal wall including floor,and exeternal wall upto 150mm below ground level, including excavtion earth work in hard/dense soil, MS sheet cover 4mm thick with locking arrangement with ISA 50x50x6 mm frame embedded in PCC and painting to MS cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed
