Repairs to roof treatment, joinery, flooring, plastring, plumbing and sanitary fitting including internal electrification in Suri Enclave and Jandiala Guru under GE Kapurthala

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles laid bedded and pointed in cement mortar in single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roof any thickness including plastering and leeping removed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick as cement mortar 1:4 with WPC for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately under revelant item.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (W.P.C) ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface making surface completely dry and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sqm and after drying of primer apply APP modified water proofing membrane with non woven polyster reinforcement 3mm thick superior multi polymeric weighing not less than 3kg/sqm with properties of high penetration and centre core consisting of 90 micron high molecular high density polyethylene (MHHDPE) film consisting of five layers with a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm under and over the APP membrane laid with torching application to the surface complete and sealing the side as well as end laps (overlaps should not be less than 10 cm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of average thickness 75mm to be provided in Slope complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 with Jointing & Pointing in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by wt of cement complete all as specified and directed.

- ditto - all as per item No. 07 above but except brick tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters not exceeding 1.5 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames), complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames), complete all as specified and directed.
