Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 500 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-incharge. a)-All kinds of soil
Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimiming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to embankment location with all lifts and leads within airport premises as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and all lift .
Filling Available excavated earth in Basic Strip / Runway Strip or anywhere inside airport premises in operational / non-operational area As per the direction of E-I-C including all leads / lifts & transportation etc. complete in embankment or depressions in accordance with requirements of lines , grades and in cross section in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposit layer by ramming and every third top most layer with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller/soil compactor etc complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer Incharge. Payment to be made for compacted qunantity only.
Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. a) Glazed Vitrified tiles Matt/Antiskid finish of size of Tile 600 x 600 mm.
12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 Coarse sand)
Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Construction of granular sub-base (GSB) by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. a) With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-30.
Construction of dry lean cement concrete(DLC) sub base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement to be use Ordinary Portant Cement 43G and cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing of prefabricated frangible Main hut of size 8m x 5m (outer to outer) & Frangible Toilet block of size 2m x 2m (outer to outer) With 3000 mm height along the wall and 3500 mm at the centre. It is made of 50 mm thick sandwitch panel made of 2 mm thick FRP/GRP sheet at the outer sides as well as inne sides (FRP sheet minimum Density 2000 Kg/cum) and middle part consists of PU foam of density 40(±2) kg/m3 which has to be installed in to the operational area. Provision of one no. of partition wall with partially glass door of size 920 mm(w) x 2000 mm (height) & locking arrangment (in main frangible hut) and provision of one no. Main door of size 920 mm (w) x 2000 mm (h) at the longer wall side wall with necessary locking arrangement (in Main Hut & Toilet Block) with suitable provision of necessary holes on wall for passing AC conduit and suitable provision holes for electrical cable and suitable provision necesary holes NAV - AID cable as per requirement etc. The cost of the hut is inclusive of design, vetting of design by IIT/NIT including frangibility certificate as per ICAO norms (ICAO Aerodrome Design Manual (Doc. No. 9157, Part-6 Frangibility), fabrication, transportation, installation and commissioning of the hut at the proposed site as per drawing given in of tender document and speification over cement concrete platform (Cement Concrete platform shall be paid seperately). The exterior of the hut shall be provided with design of white and red squares (2 feet x 2 feet) and as per direction of E-I-C.
