Installation:It is important to ensure the sub floor on which the sheet is being laid is smooth, flat & hard & free from moisture, grease, etc. In case of uneven sub floor the same should be leveled by self leveling compound.

The moisture level present in the subfloor should be less than 8% before installation of the floor. The sheet should be laid using adhesive recommended by company.Each row of tiles/strip of floor covering must be linked crosswise with a continuous copper strip. Individual rows/strips must be at least 3 m² in size and linked to the rest of the area with a copper tape. In rooms of up to 40 m², connection points for equipotential bonding should be provided in at least one point in the room.

Supply and installation of PVC sheet flooring 2 metre wide and overall thickness of 2mm of Armstrong/ Forbo/ Polyflor. The product should be homogeneous and single layered. The wear surface shall consist of impregnated polyurethane homogeneous mixture of PVCwith DIAMOND 10 technology, Plasticizers without DOP, Urethane, color pigments and filler calendered to form a sheet. Product shall conform to group "T" wear resistance as per EN 649, Flammability resistance of class Bfl-s1 as per EN13501-1, Dynamic coefficient of friction of class DS as per EN 13893, Impact sound reduction of 3dB as per ISO 10140, Slip Resistance of class R9 as per DIN 51130, Color fastness rating of ≥6 as per ISO 105-B02, total weight being 3.3 kg/m2 as per EN430. The product shall be suitable for applications in class 23/34/43 areas as per EN685. Product shall exhibit antistatic behaviour, resistance to bacteria,resistance to chemical, resistance to staining,suitability to castor chair. Equivalent to Armstrong Simpurity

Installation- It is important to ensure the subfloor on which the sheet is being laid is smooth, flat, hard and free from moisture, grease etc. In case of uneven subfloor the same should be levelled using self leveling compound which will charged extra. The moisture present in the subfloor should be less than 8% before installation of the floor. dhesive. The installation shall be undertaken as per manufacturers installation instructions.

Providing and laying of 2 - 3 mm average thick layer of cementations smoothening compound of UZIN NC 149 sh or equivalent as recommended by the Vinyl sheet flooring manufacturer over and including a priming compound of UZIN PE 360 sh or equivalent as recommended by the Vinyl sheet flooring manufacturer and installation team on concrete surface to provide a smooth & homogenous surface for laying of vinyl sheet flooring complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

P&F flexible PVC sheet wall cladding in 1.00 mm thickness in the size of 1.5 x20mtr with PUR treatment. The wear surface shall consist of impregnated polyurethane homogeneous mixture of PVC, Plasticizers, Urethane, color pigments and filler calendared to form a sheet. Colors shall be dispersed throughout the thickness of the wear layer. It should conform to Group M of Wear Resistance as per EN 660-2, Fire resistance of group 2 as per AS/NZS3837, Residual indentation of ≤0.10mm as per EN433, curling after exposure to moisture ≤8mm as per EN434, Seam strength of mean≥240N/50mm as per EN684. Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all omplete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Retro-reflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm dia meter made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro -reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme onthe boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4 mm, 4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement .Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Water proofrng for Old and New Roof Slab :- Providing and laying waterprooflng treatment on roof slab by applying two Component, factory a designed ready to use, acrylic modified flexible,material applied with brush, roller or spray for wate proof i n g coating as per manufactlrer specificatio With following steps :-

(a)surface preparation :-Provrding and cleaning of concrete surface to remove dLrst, oil, grease including removal of existing loose paint / coating, and cement laitance by cleaning with compressed air & water jet including all materials, labour, tools complete. Ponding test to be done after plugging all outlets and to be checked from sofftt to identify seepage, leakage. On identiiication of seepage, cement grouting to be done with non shrink expanding admixture of Sika lndia Pvt.Ltd. / MYK Schomberg / Dr Fixit/Fosroc or equrivallent. Providing and reparing of all corners and joinis such as those betr,veen the parapet wall and the roof slab etc shall be chamfered with '150mm X '150 mm fillet of mortar (Cement: sand - 1:4) admixed with acrylic polymer of Sika/ Fosroc/MYK Schomberg/Dr Fixit or equivalent Before chamfering a prime coat shall be given with the sl u rry ?!gc!ylic polyrner Repai rin g su rface irreg ularities, damaged concretein base slab, dead cracks if any, with an acrylic polymer modilied repair moriar ir;cluding a coat of bonding agent of the same with ceme nt slurry rncluding all rnaterial, labour, tools complete.

(c) :2nd Cr:ai :-T,: apply the 2nd coat of two component acrylic modified, reatiy to-use, flexible cementttious material right angle to the '1st coat over the glass fibre liad surface. 2nd coat should be applied @0.7 kgl Sqrnt/coat. For the pltrpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be rneasurecl." 200 KVA With AMF Panel

Supply, Fixing, testing and Commissioning of Exhaust gas piping system of Class `B' MS pipe as per IS:1239 for upto 150 mm dia and for 200 mm dia & above MS pipe as per IS:3589 with welded joints, cut to required lengths with necessary bends, fittings, flanges, painting over primer coat, with rock wool insulation of minimum 75 mm thick of 150 Kg per cu M density on all sides of exhaust pipe, with chicken mesh wrapping and 26 SWG aluminium sheet cladding complete as required. The aluminum foil should be tightly cladded to insulation surface of pipe. The aluminum cladding shall be locked with sheet metal screws with other sections of aluminium foil. The measurement shall be done on the basis of centre line. (Stack height should be in accordance with emission regulations of CPCB, which will go well above the top most terrace) The exhaust piping system should be suitable for upto 550oC temperature, the surface temperature of exhaust pipe shall not exceed more than 60oC. (The rates are exclusive of support structure) (Note - Final size of exhaust pipe will be confirmed by the DG vendor after calculating the actual back pressure and submit the same to client / consultant for approval)

The design of support to be duly approved by the Structural Consultant / Architect before fabrication and installation.

The panel feeders shall be suitable for terminating suitable nos. 3.5 / 4 core armoured aluminium cable or Aluminium Bus Duct as required.

All Incoming / bus coupler / Outgoings ACB's shall have inbuilt microprocesor based Over load protection (L), Short Circuit protection (S), Instantaneous Short Circuit protection (I), Earth Fault protection (G), Shunt Trip releases. All ACB should have Ics=Icu=Icw=50 KA for 1 sec, fully rated at 50 deg C ambient temperature & shall be supplied with adopter terminal connection whose orientation can be changed at site. All ACB shall be supplied with all standard accessories i.e. auxillary switch with 4NO + 4NC contacts, cradle, handle, safety shutter in confirmity with IS:60947

All incoming & outgoing MCCB's shall be microprocessor based with O/L & S/C and E/F protection.

Duct Acoustic Lining

Supply and fixing of acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with thick Engineered Nitrile Rubber open cell foam having a Noise Reduction Coefficient of 0.55 with Density 140 - 180 Kg/m3 passing Class 1 Fire Performance test as per BS 476 Part 7, Air Erosion test for 10,000 fpm air velocity as per ASTM C 1071-05 and with built-in antimicrobial protection. The material should pass Fungi Resistance Test as per DIN EN ISO 846 Method A and Bacterial Resistance Test as per DIN EN ISO 846 Method C; to be applied using manufacturer's recommended Rubber based Adhesive in a blend of solvents.

Antibacterial / Antifungal Paint

SITC Providing and applying Antibacterial Paint: The internal surfaces of the room.walls will be sprayed with water based liquid plastic, wall glaze or equivalent anti-bacterial paint, approved by the architect to a minimum dry film thickness of 300 microns. The plastic coating will overlap the floor covering ceiling system and doorframes by 25mm to provide a continuous sealed surface. The plastic coating will be non- reflective and the Colour will be submitted to the architect for approval.

Dimmable Peripheral Lights
