Opening / taking out of fuel injection pump of DG set of any type/make and capacity 10 KVA to 25 KVA disconnection of fuel injector line, carrying complete overhauling/ servicing of injector pump, calibration of fuel pump as per manufacturer instruction, assembling the same with DG set properly in original postion, checking the allignment including calibration of injector, checking of pressure complete for each injector making proper fuel connection and testing for smooth operation complete all as directed, after replacement of following items complete all as specification & directed by Engineer Incharge. M&L for transporting of connecting rod, head assembly, engine block to workshop for machine work to carry out testing, grinding, polishing tom bring the surface upto required size and transporting back to site and reassemble complete system in the engine and testing on full load of DG set capacity 10 to 25 KVA to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: All Unserviceable/ worn out parts will be replaced with new parts shall be included in the quoted rates.

Dismantling of Alternatr assebly of 100 to 200 KVA DG set of existing make and taking out complete altrnator assembly for cutting and opening of burnt winding and rewinding the alternator using required gauge of super enameled copper winding wire making the winding leak proof & taking out the electric connection with suitable size of cable including ressembling of complete alternator, testing on load including transporting to workshop and back at site after repair etc and reassemble complete system and testing on full load of DG set complete all as specified and directed. Note : All spares/items required to make functional/smoorth funting of alternator are deemed to included in the quoted rate.

M&L for preparation of surface by scrapping existing painted surface and painting canopy, alternator / diesel engine body, radiator base fram & panal board etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour and one coat of heat resistant paint of approved quality to engine and exhaust pipe including writing SM/MES No of DG set capacity 10 to 25 KVA all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out and replacement of unservicable/blocked residential silencers of existing make suitable for 100 to 200 KVA and cutting welding and fixing of pipe complete all as directed.

Labour for attending of any breakdown of standby supply in any location, whenever required round the clock ,rectify the fault and restore the standby supply within three hour after receipt of complaint of any nature i.e. Engine, alternator, control panel, AMF panel etc . Note -(i) The cost of replaced spare parts will be paid and measured seperatly. (ii) If complaint is not attended by contractor with in three hour the penality of Rs 500 / per hour to be imposed and amount of penality will be deducted from RAR. (iii) The cost of transportation (to and from) for all kind of necessary equipment / T&P shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at E/M yard and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor to this effect. (iv) Complaint shall be lodged by telephonically, so contractor to specify the telephone no who will receive the complaint round the clock. (v) For item ser No 1 to 30, 35 to 38, 46, 57, 60 to 64, 70 to 74 and 82 : The contractor shall be carried out the service/preventive maintenance through trend Engineer/Mechanic of authorised company. The contractor shall submit the documentry proof of that authorised company to the Deptt before incorporated of the item under subject work.

M&L for descalling of cooling system for DG set of capacity 10 to 25 KVA complete by radiwash with two times circulation of radiwash by means of running of engine & cleaning of fan blades, crankcase breather, radiator and its fins by means of high pressure air or water.

All as serial item No 71 here in before but of capacity 100 KVA to 200 KVA.
